This study aimed to assess the employment outcomes of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management graduates from Batanes State College. It surveyed 17 of 24 graduates from SY 2019-2020. Most graduates were employed in the hospitality and tourism industry in Batanes. They found that the college helped develop their competencies and their training led to job opportunities. Graduates provided positive feedback on teaching quality and conditions that could help future curriculum development. The study concluded the program effectively prepared graduates for employment in the hospitality field in Batanes.

The researchers conducted this study to assess the

employment outcomes of the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality

Management Graduates of S.Y. 2019 – 2020 in Batanes State College

and provide information on how the institution helped them to

develop their competencies and to assess impact from training in

terms of job opportunities. Moreover, the researchers wanted to

identify the qualities of teaching, learning, study conditions

and provision and elements of employment and work from the

evaluations of the graduates for future references in the

development of the curriculum. The researchers were able to

consult 17 out of 24 graduates. The researchers used the

descriptive method and total population sampling to come up with

an interpretation. The duration of the study is from September

2022 to January 2023, covering the province of Batanes as a

location.

and assistance of a significant number of people who took part

and provided essential aid in the preparation and completion of

this study.

The researchers would want to extend their heartfelt

for allowing them to conduct this research and for their undying
