4、 Boot: Press the panel "Power On" button, the power
supply starts, the oil pump motor works (pay attention to
the direction of rotation of the oil pump motor, the direction is not right, the power
is cut off, and there are 2 power lines for the oil pump at any time ), the tool
automatically returns to the origin, and the origin probe lights up. The touch
screen is on (the screen takes a few seconds), and the inverter speed control
screen displays numbers (the number should be between 3 2-38 The number

be left at least 40MM You can figure out how long the head is, which is 12MM.
Open the "Parameter Settings" page and change the parameter "Number of
Cuts" to a few segments of the whole pipe saw. For example: saw 4 segments, set
to 4 (This parameter must be set correctly, otherwise it will be misplaced.)

5、 Open the "Manual Screen" page, press the "Head Down" and "Head In"
buttons, the cylinder will fall, manually send the tube out of the front card head
exit, so that the tube can hold the stop.
6、 Then open the Tool Operations page: Adjust the Manual Speed setting
parameter and set the appropriate value of 3. Can't be too fast. Press and hold the
"Enter" button with your hand, the knife will move forward, stop when released,
note: let the tip stop at 0 8--1MM place, (not too far, far away from the cutting
time long). Then adjust the length of the head arm, adjust to the appropriate
position, adjust the screw after adjustment.
7、 On the "Tool Operations" page: Press the red button in the middle to set the
position of the current point to the position of the cutting point. Press it again and
it resets. Then press the "Return to Zero" button and the tool automatically
returns to the origin.
8、 Return to the "Manual Operation" page, and then press the "Flush Down" and
"Flush Forward" buttons to reset the cylinder.
9、 Go to the "Auto Screen" page and clear the "Current Number of Times". Press the
"Clear Zero" key to clear zero.
10、 All kinds of parameters are set to start. Hit the "Manual/Automatic" knob on the
control panel in the "Manual" state, press the green "Start" button on the front panel,
and the machine will work. When the heads are all set, the current number of
times becomes "1".
11、 Turn the "Manual/Automatic" knob on the control panel to the "Auto" state, and then
press the green "Start" button on the front panel, and the machine will work
continuously. As long as there is material and no special circumstances, the
machine will always work. Until the "Stop" button is pressed or the power is cut
off.
12、 If you don't need to flush, go to the "Advanced Screen" page, press the red "Flush
Function On" button, and the Flush Function will be turned off.
13、 Size: (First set the size after the head is completed) Adjust the positioning
frame on the unloading rack, draw a size mark on the pipe of the head,
clamp the pipe, let this mark align with the cutter, and then fix the
positioning frame. (Go to the "Tool Operation" page, press the "Go to Cut
Point" button, and the tool will automatically move to the cut point.) Move to the
cutting point and press this button again to reset. After the size measurement is
done, tighten the racks on both sides and tighten the 4 screws on the fixing
frame. Cut one to measure whether the size of the
tube is accurate, if the size difference is very small,
only adjust the positioning disc shown in the figure,
adjust it, and lock the nut until the size is correct.
