Third, the main technical parameters:

Four: the conditions of use of the equipment

1、 Installation and fixation of the equipment: the equipment is placed on the hard ground
(such as cement floor), the horizontal height is adjusted, the center line is centered on the
center of the center of the churning machine main chuck hole, the feeding rack and the
unloading rack are fixed, and the pipe can smoothly and
smoothly pass through the chuck.
2、 Wiring: input power cord specifications: three-phase
four-wire, U V W three fire wire diameter ≥ 12mm2
copper wire, connected to the input wiring block of the
control cabinet, ground wire ≥ 6 mm2. Access to the
lower end of the aircut, (be sure to pay attention to
the position of the zero line N, can not be wrong, the
wrong connection will burn out the switching power
supply in the control box,) as shown in Figure 1

4, access to compressed air: from the air pump to lead the trachea (10x6) into the input terminal (IN)
of the equipment's air source processor, the air pressure is adjusted to
0.4-0.6MPa, the cylinders on the equipment are back to the initial
position. This is shown in Figure 2

5. Positioning signal wire connection method:

6, add water: add about 20KG of water from the sink. (Add some emulsified oil to
the water, and the pipe is not easy to rust.) )
7, the tank injected with hydraulic oil: about 100 liters. Anti-wear resistant
high quality hydraulic oil. (e.g. #46).
8. The pressure reduction filter air pressure at the feeding motor cannot be
adjusted, up to 0.2MPa, too high, the leather wheel wear is serious and the
reducer is easy to break. As shown in the figure:
9. Power supply voltage: three-phase four-wire, voltage range: 220V±10%, frequency
of 60Hz±1%. The imbalance of the three-phase voltage ≤5%.
10. Workers should wear protective equipment when operating equipment; It is strictly forbidden to

touch any live parts of the operating equipment; Only trained electricians are allowed to repair and

service the equipment.

Five: equipment debugging, operation methods:

1、 Check whether the connecting lines, trachea, water tank, fuel tank, etc. are well
connected, whether there is a lack of water and oil before starting.
2、 Feeding: Put a bundle of tubes into the feeding rack, paying attention to the two
ends of the pipe should be parallel and not tilted.
If the tube does not roll down smoothly, it needs to be artificially dialed
Switch several times to let the tube roll down. This is shown in Figure 5

3、 Before starting the machine, manually load a tube, and
the tube must be at least sent into the middle of the automatic
feeding probe to block the probe and prevent it from
automatically feeding. This is shown in Figure 6.
(This thru-beam probe is controlled for automatic
feeding, and if there is nothing in the middle, it will be
automatically loaded.) Figure 6
4、 Boot: Press the panel "Power On" button, the power
supply starts, the oil pump motor works (pay attention to
the direction of rotation of the oil pump motor, the direction is not right, the power
is cut off, and there are 2 power lines for the oil pump at any time ), the tool
automatically returns to the origin, and the origin probe lights up. The touch
screen is on (the screen takes a few seconds), and the inverter speed control
screen displays numbers (the number should be between 3 2-38 The number
displayed is the frequency, the larger the number, the faster the motor rotates).)
are displayed, indicating that it is now in a normal state and can proceed to the
next step. The motor speed control box is shown in Figure 7: adjust the knob in the
middle to adjust the speed.
5. If you need to be flush, select the flush function; Before the first head, first
calculate how long this and the pipe are, how long the pipe to cut, and calculate how
long the head is. For example: the total length of 6080, you need to cut 1000 pipes, saw
mouth 4MM, this and the pipe needs to be sawn 7 times, and the final pipe head should
be left at least 40MM You can figure out how long the head is, which is 12MM.
Open the "Parameter Settings" page and change the parameter "Number of
Cuts" to a few segments of the whole pipe saw. For example: saw 4 segments, set
to 4 (This parameter must be set correctly, otherwise it will be misplaced.)

5、 Open the "Manual Screen" page, press the "Head Down" and "Head In"
buttons, the cylinder will fall, manually send the tube out of the front card head
exit, so that the tube can hold the stop.
6、 Then open the Tool Operations page: Adjust the Manual Speed setting
parameter and set the appropriate value of 3. Can't be too fast. Press and hold the
"Enter" button with your hand, the knife will move forward, stop when released,
note: let the tip stop at 0 8--1MM place, (not too far, far away from the cutting
time long). Then adjust the length of the head arm, adjust to the appropriate
position, adjust the screw after adjustment.
7、 On the "Tool Operations" page: Press the red button in the middle to set the
position of the current point to the position of the cutting point. Press it again and
it resets. Then press the "Return to Zero" button and the tool automatically
returns to the origin.
8、 Return to the "Manual Operation" page, and then press the "Flush Down" and
"Flush Forward" buttons to reset the cylinder.
9、 Go to the "Auto Screen" page and clear the "Current Number of Times". Press the
"Clear Zero" key to clear zero.
10、 All kinds of parameters are set to start. Hit the "Manual/Automatic" knob on the
control panel in the "Manual" state, press the green "Start" button on the front panel,
and the machine will work. When the heads are all set, the current number of
times becomes "1".
11、 Turn the "Manual/Automatic" knob on the control panel to the "Auto" state, and then
press the green "Start" button on the front panel, and the machine will work
continuously. As long as there is material and no special circumstances, the
machine will always work. Until the "Stop" button is pressed or the power is cut
off.
12、 If you don't need to flush, go to the "Advanced Screen" page, press the red "Flush
Function On" button, and the Flush Function will be turned off.
13、 Size: (First set the size after the head is completed) Adjust the positioning
frame on the unloading rack, draw a size mark on the pipe of the head,
clamp the pipe, let this mark align with the cutter, and then fix the
positioning frame. (Go to the "Tool Operation" page, press the "Go to Cut
Point" button, and the tool will automatically move to the cut point.) Move to the
cutting point and press this button again to reset. After the size measurement is
done, tighten the racks on both sides and tighten the 4 screws on the fixing
frame. Cut one to measure whether the size of the
tube is accurate, if the size difference is very small,
only adjust the positioning disc shown in the figure,
adjust it, and lock the nut until the size is correct.

Nine: Page Introduction:


1. Auto screen:
The automatic screen is the signal displayed by
each action, which cannot be adjusted, and the
corresponding status display turns green, proving
that it is moving. You can see where the system is running. (The auto page is
usually turned on).
2. Manual screen:
Press the corresponding button on the manual screen, and the corresponding
cylinder or motor will act. Press again to reset. (Operate in a non-working
state).
3. Tool operation:
Manual speed: The speed at which the tool is walking when manual: The size can
be set.
Current Point Position: Displays the position of the tool movement and
cannot be set.
Cut Point Position: The position of the tool from the origin to the
beginning of the cut. Can be set. This distance is the distance at which the
knife is empty.
"Go to Cut Point" button: Press this key and the tool will automatically
move from the origin to the cut point, and then press close.
"Set the current point as the cutting point" button: After the tool goes to the
cutting point position, press this button, the value of the cutting point position
becomes the value of the current point, the cutting point is set, and then press
save. Press the "Return to Zero" button and the tool automatically returns to
zero.
"Return to Zero" button: Press it once and the tool automatically returns to
zero.
"Enter" button: Press and hold, the knife will move forward, release and stop.
"Retract" button: Press and hold, the tool will rewind, release and stop.
Ordinary cutting tool grinding: There is no certain standard, you need to practice,
workers who have operated ordinary lathes should be able to Can be replaced with a
CNC cutting tool, this tool does not need to be sanded
4. Parameter setting: main parameter explanation:
Delayed return after ejection to tubed signal: The time that the ejector
cylinder pushes the tube from the tube signal position to the feed
motor pulley position.
Flush forward time: Flush inlet cylinder forward push time: can not be set too
short, too short the tube push is not in place.
Attack Distance: The distance from the cutting point to the end of the cut. This
parameter needs to be adjusted according to the wall thickness of the
tube, if the setting is larger, the time after the tube is cut off is long
and small, and the tube is not easy to cut and burrs.
Attack speed: The speed at which the knife cuts the tube. Can't be set too big, too fast,
easy to damage the knife and has burrs. Cut Q235 material:
generally at 0 Around 8. Cut Q345 material, the speed is
generally around 0.6
Number of cuts: The number of roots that the whole pipe needs to be sawn off,
this parameter determines the position of the head. So do the math
before cutting. (If it is not aligned, it does not matter whether this
parameter is set or not.) )
"Flush function open / flush function off" key: display the words "flush function
open", that is, the flush function is turned on, press this key, display the
words "flush function off", indicating that the flush function is closed.
This key cycles through changes.
"With and without tailstock" selection key: "With tailings, the tube does not
need a flat head" function: The purchase of raw material pipes does not
require two ends of the flat head, cut to the end A little more; "No
tailings, tubes need flat heads" function: To purchase raw materials,
the pipe must be flat at both ends, and the length of the cut pipe + is
calculated Cut width, buy tube of just the right length For example: cut 4
sticks of 1500mm, cut 4mm, then the total length of this tube is:
1500*4+4* 3 = 6012mm, the amount of margin required, 6020 can be.
When selecting the tailstock-free function: the number of cuts is set to
subtract one: for example, the pipe of the 6020 is cut to 1.5 meters long,
and 4 segments can be cut, and the number of cuts is set to: 3, the last 1 root is
not counted.
Ten: Notes:
2, cut out of the burr: A: the knife is not sharp, need to replace.
B. The knife entry speed is fast and slow.
3, the tool is relatively fast wear, jump knife: A: it may be that the knife is
not sharpened, please experience the lathe grinding knife.
B: It may be that the knife table is loose, check all the screws that fix the
knife table, and tighten it again, especially the screws of the side top
tight guide rail.
4, the incision is not straight, the beveled edge: A, may be the card head
wear seriously, clamp the tube is not tight, replace
the card head.
B. The pressure of the oil pump is small, and the
pressure is appropriately increased. 5, the spindle
rotation is not smooth, the
frequency converter alarm:
normal when not clamping,
clamping is not rotating
smoothly, it should be the
pressure bearing in the
pressure ring on the pull pipe
lack of oil, and each shift is
regularly injected with oil.
6, feeding wheel replacement: the leather wheel will wear out in the middle after a
period of time, wear to a certain extent after the pipe can not be suppressed, at
this time need to be replaced. Loosen the tightened screws (the screws are
reversed), cut the liner with a corner mill cut and take it out, or gently knock
the wheel outward and remove the shaft The new leather wheel is soaked in hot
water for a period of time, and the wheel is opened and fitted to the shaft.
Tighten the screws.

7, tool replacement: pay attention to must be in the state of stopping or power


failure!
Loosen the screws, remove the knife, pay attention to the direction of the
knife, the blade is facing down, the knife is pressed against the inside
of the table, and then tighten the screws. (The knife sticks out of the edge
of the tool holder 30-35MM, not too long). A: Enter the "Tool
Operation" page, press and hold the "Enter" button, the tool will advance,
release it and stop, you can jog. Note that the tip of the knife stops at 0 8-1
MM or so, not too far, too far away to cut the time is long.
(When entering the knife, be sure to pay attention to the speed can not
be too fast, too fast easy to the tip of the knife to touch the pipe, the
knife will be damaged, remember!) )
B: After the distance is adjusted, press the red button in the middle to set the
current value to the value of the cut. Press the button again to close. Or
measure the distance from the tip of the knife to the tube and set it
directly. After setting it, press the "Return to Zero Point" button, and the
tool will automatically return to zero point. Note that after changing the
knife, be sure to return to zero! After returning to zero, normal work can
be carried out.
8. In the process of continuous work, when it is necessary to stop:
A. There is no special situation to let the tube cut and unload the material,
and then press stop after the current number of changes;
B. Or press Stop when the cutter has not started cutting the tube.
If the current number of times after cutting the pipe is not changed, the
stop or power is cut, the order of the flush function will change, and not
every pipe will be in unison. So be sure to pay attention here. In the case
of special cases, stop is pressed (not in the case of A and B), and when the
next tube needs to be flushed, press the stop key, from "Auto" to "Manual"
The current number of times in the auto screen is cleared, manually
flushed, then rotated to the "Auto" state, and then press the start button.
Important:
When there is no tube in the card head:
1. The pipe cutting machine cannot be started.
2. The "Spindle Clamping" button cannot be opened in the manual
screen.

Otherwise, the card head is easily damaged. Be sure to


pay attention!!!
11: Maintenance instructions:
1, the iron pins and remaining materials cut around the knife table
should be cleaned up in time, and the water in the sink should be
blown clean with an air gun. Keep the workbench clean.
2. Regularly check the elasticity of the rotating belt.
3. Regularly check the fastening screws of the knife table seat, and
tighten the loose ones.
4. Pay attention to the lock mother on the spindle pull pipe in the
main chassis, and lock it in time.
5. Regularly inject lubricating oil into the chuck, pressure ring,
universal ball, positioning shaft and chain.
6, regularly fill the guide rail and screw of the knife table seat with
lubricating oil.
7, the water tank should be checked in time to add water and then
add some cutting fluid. (Knife table seat does not rust) Winter
weather is cold, pay attention to the water tank ice.
8. Regularly take out the chuck and pull pipe, clean up the inside of
the spindle to prevent blockage, and the clip is not tight to the
tube.
9, the card head in time to inject oil, if there is no oil, easy to card
head can not be loosened.

XII. Introduction of the main components of the control box:


1. Relay: Press the corresponding key of the manual screen, the corresponding
relay light is on, and the relay contact is absorbed.
2 feeding contactor: control the feeding motor, it is installed on the thermal relay, if
the motor heat is serious, the current increases, the thermal relay is disconnected,
protecting the feeding motor.
3、 Main power contactor: Press the power on button on the lower board to absorb the
main contactor.
4、 PLC controller. It has corresponding input and output LEDs on it.
5、 24V switching power supply: provide DC24V power supply to relays, PLCs,
touch screens.
6、 Drive: Knife table motor driver, if there is a red light on, indicating that there is
a fault, normal 2 green lights on.
7、 Frequency converter: control the rotating motor, connected by cable and
speedbox, if the speedbox black screen, may be the box behind the control line
contact is poor or the line is off.
Operator panel introduction:
1、 Touch screen: display action completion signal, adjust parameters, manually
operate individual actions. Touch screens should not be tapped with hard objects,
and the screen should be kept clean.
2、 Green power button: Press this key to close the main contactor in the control box
and turn on the power supply.
3、 Red power off button: Press this key once and the power supply is disconnected.
4、 Green start button: Press this key and the pipe cutter starts to run automatically
according to the set program.
5、 Red stop key: emergency stop key with lock, press this key in case of emergency,
all actions stop, the knife returns to the origin, restart, need to unlock, and then
press this key to unlock.
6、 Manual/Auto Conversion Key: Rotate to Manual Position: Can only be a single
cut-off, can not work continuously.
Select the automatic state: press the start button and you can work
continuously as long as there is a tube.
