● As everyone is aware, the Matic contract was paused and the Matic funds removed by
the team. This was a positive, decisive action by the team and nothing nefarious.

● There was a problem with the Matic contract. It had a looping issue due to the large
number of transactions. Yesterday Michael and Hell’s attempted to deposit funds into the
Matic contract but had great difficulty. People also could not compound, contributing to a
decline in the contract balance.

● As a result of the Matic contract problem, funds were removed from the contract and
placed in the same wallet that was used to normally inject Matic into the contract. Steps
were taken to protect the interests of the community.

What are the steps and expectations moving forward?

● The devs are fixing the contract and expect to launch a Matic V2 on October 26th.
○ It takes that long since they have to write a new contract.
○ They have to migrate > 10K investors’ funds.

● A snapshot of the blockchain transactions has been taken.


○ On the 26th, those whose capital were locked or unlocked will remain the same
as prior to the snapshot.
■ The exact amount of funds will be injected back into the contract.
■ Funds are automatically compounded for us (we will have 6 days of
auto-compounding gas-free.

What is the issue with investors rapidly withdrawing funds from the BNB/BUSD
contracts?

● There are two bots that trade via API.


○ The more the leverage, the better the traders can execute their trades.
○ Michael is getting calls from his traders questioning why funds are being removed
so rapidly from the contracts.
■ The traders can’t open positions that depend on the contracts that are
linked via API.
■ If investors continue to rapidly remove funds, it can create a
situation where the traders cannot trade with the contracts via API.
● The source of revenue from those bots trading via API will stop.

Will the BNB and BUSD contracts be fixed next to eliminate the limitation on the number
of deposits?

● No. There is nothing wrong with the BUSD/BNB contracts.


○ You can make a new wallet once you reach the deposit limits (100 for BNB and
200 for BUSD).
○ The Matic contract did not allow the option to make a new wallet to avoid the
looping issue and had to be fixed.
○ If the looping issue occurred with the BNB or BUSD contracts, you could still
withdraw your funds but cannot deposit.

THE BIG NEWS

● Michael has secured a Mastercard debit card for the SF community.

○ He flew to Singapore, put down a $122K Euro setup fee, and signed the
contracts.
○ Codegotech.com is the company.

● It will take about 30-45 days to implement the Mastercard program.


○ The team is awaiting the API keys from the company.
○ Then testing period, then launch.

Updates On the Bot Live Trading

● Due to the Fifa World Cup, a venue in Dubai could not be secured.

● An AMA is planned for the timeframe of the 20-30th of November.


○ Live bot trades will be shown at that time.
○ Announcement of this special AMA will be within the next 2 weeks.
