Dream Organizer

1. Introduction
Dream Organizer is a relatively new field that combines all preliminary steps
involved with the professional planning of a convention, ceremony, meeting,
negotiation, party and so on. Event Planning is definitely not for the faint-hearted or
inflexible. It requires a tremendous amount of organization and communication skills,
background knowledge on the type of event, an efficient network of reliable contacts
and most importantly, an open mind to enduring last minute changes. We make
organizing events and parties as simple as possible. So, you enjoy more time with your
guests.

Project Goal:
Dream organizers’ goals are to design and execute memorable events that fulfill their
clients' and attendees' wishes.

Objectives:

1 It will help users to organize their dream function without worries and save time.
2 System very efficiently stores, maintain and retrieve data from its database and
can be used for further analysis.
3 Participants can register for any happening event from anywhere.
4 Event organizer are responsible for planning events and ensuring that they run as
smoothly as possible.
5 we will offer suitable and affordable charges for an event.
Project Success criteria:
The success criteria of the Project are the user satisfaction for this system. If user can
perform all tasks very well then that will be success of our project.

1.2. Assumptions, Risks and Obstacles

1.2.1. Risk/Obstacles
 Proper availability of network and Internet.
 User must be capable to use a mobile technology.
 Requirement may be not cleared.
 Tools may not be available.
 Software may be crashed.
 There may be time constraints.

1.2.2. Assumptions
 Resources will be available and tracked properly.
 Project will be completed on time.
 Requirements will be stabilized.
 Group members will be cooperative.

1.3. High-level system components

 We will provide system implementation.


 Provide facility to contact management online.
 User must login to get updates.
 Administration have record of all customers.
1.4. List of Optional Functional Units
We may extend our project up to Android Application provided that we are given
time.

1.5. Exclusions
 Will be able to find the product that customer love.

We use JavaScript for an open-source, cross-platform, JavaScript that

We used Microsoft word for documentation of the project such as proposal
is made in MS word.

It is used to prepare the Gantt chart.

1.9.3.1. React
React is a frame-work and we will use it to design front-end of the website.

React is a frame-work and we will use it to design front-end of the Android
App.

1.9.3.3. JavaScript
ES6 version 6 of the ECMA Script programming language. JavaScript has
remained the best-known implementation of ECMAScript for creating dynamic web
pages.

1.9.3.4. MERN Stack


We will use MERN Stack to store data in database as a backend.

We will use bootstrap to build website.
