    Training Objective: The activity aims to encourage all the teachers of FVR Phase 2 to conduct
    CIP projects and research for interventions in different subject areas.

    Narrative Report:

    With the supervision of Mrs. Jennifer E. Castillo, our School Head and Mrs. Mary Ann DC.
    Bautista, the Cchool CIP/ Research Coordinator, we conducted SLAC on CIP. The program started by
    singing of the National Anthem led by Mrs. Aurora J. Magdaong, Grade 4 teacher followed by an opening
    prayer of Ms. Marissa A. Aparicio, Grade 1 teacher while Mrs. Mary Ann DC. Bautista, Grade 5 teacher
    checked the attendance. After of the checking, it is followed by a word of wisdom of Ms. Rowena H. Tatel,
    Grade 2 teacher. The main concern of this SLAC is to reorient the teachers on CIP Projects and research
    presented by three equipped and trained speakers, Mrs. Jennifer Castillo on School Memorandum on
    Conducting CIP. For the sample of validated CIP projects which is the Project LAPIS, Mrs. Racquel S.
    Tamayo, the School Master Teacher II presented the needed documents.
    In addition, Mrs. Elsie A. Alceso, our School OIC, shared the steps in making CIP projects. She
    tackled the project stages, the school CI organizational structure, project title, learning output, methods to
    gather VOS data, pareto diagram, flow chart, SIPOC chart, deployment chart, storm clouds, and the
    process of tabulation and presenting data, sample of CIP project proposal, and CIP charter team. After of
    the presentation of speakers, everyone participated in the open forum for some clarification. We ended the
    session by a closing prayer of Mr. Richard SM. Cruz, Grade 4 teacher
