project. It would be an honor for us to construct the project at hand.

Rest-assured that we at Myriad Mega Estate Development and Construction Corporation recognize the
value of every peso invested to turn your dream into a reality. Nevertheless, given the longevity of our
relationship in the implementation of the project, as well as the technical nuances and unforeseen
circumstances that may arise during our time as your contractor, we have prepared an agreement that we
feel is sufficient to guide through the challenges present for every construction project and to assure a

may occur and by helping our clients better monitor and understand the implementation of their project.
