Statistics Formative Task 2.

Here is the analysis of the data provided: Presentation of Data: The table above shows the evaluation scores of 20 teachers from School X and School Y. The scores range from 81 to 94 for School X and 81 to 98 for School Y. Analysis and Computation: To find the degree of relationship, we will calculate the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (r) using the following formula: r = Σ(x-μx)(y-μy) / [Σ(x-μx)2Σ(y-μy)2]1/2 Where: x = scores of teachers from School X y = scores of teachers from School Y

Making a Line Plot
A health camp was conducted in a university for learners between the ages
of 18 to 25. The weight in kilograms were recorded. Make a line plot to
represent the data. Write your analysis.

75 45 53 67 78
90 100 98 87 64
89 83 91 102 63
78 73 61 72 99

Analysis and Interpretation:

Answer:

Line plot shows the changes in data . The highest frequency of weight is
between 60-70 kilograms between the ages 18-25.
Out of the total 25 people, 6 people have weight between 60-70 kg.

1 person has weight between 40-50 kg and 2 people have weight between
100-110 kg.
Making a Pareto Chart
Contract a pareto chart regarding cases of vehicular accident in the North
Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Subic Clark Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) and
Tarlac Pangasinan La Union Expressway (TPLEX) from January to June
2020. Write your analysis and interpretation.

MONTHS - ACCIDENTS REPORTED IN NLEX, SCTEX, TPLEX

In this Pareto Chart, data shows that the highest accidents reported was on
the month of May which is 38 and 35 on March and both came from NLEX.
While the lowest number of accident was on the month of January which is
8, February which is 15 both came from TPLEX and June which is 15 from
SCTEX. In my analysis, most number of accidents happened was on the
month of May which has a total 98 while the least number was on January
whisch has a total of only 47 cases.
