Police Station, Las Piñas City wherein the victim was identified as SPO2 Niño Corral
y Parica of legal age and presently assigned at Drug Enforcement Unit of this
station.

3. Accordingly, on October 15, 2018, a case of Reckless Imprudence

resulting to Physical Injury was filed against the above-said police officer before the
Las Piñas City Prosecutor’s Office docketed under no. 18I-01204

1. On October 14, 2018 a Theft incident was discovered at about
12:00PM near Vibang’s restaurant in front of Blk 3 Lot 4 Aventine St., BFRV Talon
Dos, Las Piñas City wherein the victim was identified as JANSSEN DELA CRUZ y
ANDALUZ, 40 years old, married, Manager and presently residing at 1036 Tower B
Jazz residences Metropolitan Ave. corner Nicanor Garcia Brgy, Bel Air Makati City
and the stolen items are two ASUS laptop worth Php 100,000 and Php30,000,
Php300,000 and undetermined amount of collectible cards

2. Investigation conducted disclosed that at about 11:15 AM of October

14, 2018, herein victim parked his vehicle described as one Toyota Fortuner color
silver gray with conduction sticker VH6934 to eat with his wife at Vibang’s Restaurant
and when they returned on the said DTPO, they were surprised to discover that the
right side back door window of the said vehicle was smashed and the above
mentioned items were missing.

3. Accordingly, SPO2 Gilbert Curaza conducted technical aspect of

investigation and were able to lift several latent prints.

Re: Arrest of two (2) suspects for falsification of
Documents (fake stickers)

DATE : October 25, 2018

1. On or about 11:00 AM of November 6, 2018 at Lozada market
Barangay Talon 5, Las Piñas City, Joint elements of Police Community Precinct 6
and follow-up unit of this station led by PCI JOEL P GOMEZ arrested the two (2)
suspects were identified as WINEFREDO BESTUDIO y ETSON, 49 years old,
married, construction worker and a resident of Maagay 1, Padilla, Antipolo City and
REYNELYN BLASO y OLIVA, 32 years old, single, jobless and a resident of Blk 24B
Greenvalley San Nicolas 3, Bacoor, Cavite for Violation of falsification of Documents.

2. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that on the said DTPO, herein

suspects were arrested by above-said police officers, for selling a thirty (35) pieces
fake friendship route stickers. Likewise, during an entrapment operation, marked
money was also recovered from their possession. Subsequently, suspects along with
the recovered pieces of evidence were brought to SIDMS of this station for proper
disposition.

3. Meanwhile, pertinent documents are now being prepared for the filing
of appropriate charges against the suspects.

10. This pertains to the accidental firing that transpired on September 20,
2018 at about 10:04AM infront of Las Piñas City Police Station, Las Piñas City
involving SPO2 Rodolfo Ramirez Jr y Murillo of legal age and presently assigned at
Las Piñas CPS while victim was identified as SPO2 Niño Corral y Parica of legal age
assigned at Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) of this station.

11. Accordingly, based on the said DTPO, personnel of this station were
preparing for inspection when SPO2 Ramirez Jr accidentally discharged his issued
firearm (Gloc 17 Gen 4) which resulted to victim’s injury on his right foot and was
rushed to Perpetual Hospital for treatment.

12. ITCON, respectfully turn-over to the custody of above-said firearm with

one magazine, nine (9) live ammunitions and one fired cartridge case for
safekeeping pending Criminal and Administrative Case against said police officer.

1. On or about 1:00 PM of October 28, 2018, elements of Police
Community Precinct No. 5 of this station led by PSINSP GLADYS BIARE conducted
OPLAN Galugad along Pomelo St., Talon Singko, Las Piñas City which resulted to
the arrest of the suspects, to wit;

a. CHRISTOPHER REMIGIO y PALAD, 27 years old, married and resident

of Kamias St., Talon Singko, Las Piñas City.
b. JAYPEE ANTONIO y ESPINA, 31 years old, married and resident of
Pomelo St., Talon Singko, Las Piñas City.
c. DANILO PUNZALAN JR y ALANZA, 40 years old, married and resident of
Diamond St., Manuela Subd., Talon Singko, Las Piñas City.

2. Confiscated from the scene were; One piece of Php50, two pieces of
Php20 and Three pieces of 25 centavos coin.

3. Meanwhile, necessary documents are being prepared for the filing of

appropriate charges against above said suspects.

e. WILLIAM VILLANUEVA y STA JUANA, 54 years old, married and
presently residing at Topaz St., Saint Mary Homes, Almanza Uno, Las
Piñas City.
f. FERDINAND DE GUZMAN y MADRID, 38 years old, single and
presently residing at Opal St., Saint Mary Homes, Almanza Uno, Las
Piñas City.
g. MICHAEL BALANLAYOS y BONABON, 42 years old, single and
presently residing at CRM Avenue Almanza Uno, Las Piñas City.
h. REYNALDO FELIPE y PASAS, 48 years old, single and presently
residing at Pearl St., Saint Mary Homes Almanza Uno, Las Piñas City.
 2. Confiscated from the scene were; One set of playing cards, One piece
of Php Php50, Three pieces of Php20, One piece of 5 peso coin, Fifteen pieces of 1
peso coin.

3. Meanwhile, necessary documents are being prepared for the filing of

appropriate charges against above said suspects and One CICL.

Compd. Almanza Dos, Las Piñas City wherein the victim was identified AS BRYAN
CORONEL Y MONTECILLO, 19 years old, single, delivery boy and resident of Gloria
Compd., Almanza Uno, Las Piñas City while suspect is still unidentified;

2. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that on the said DTPO, herein

victim was shot by unidentified suspect on his mouth then fled towards unknown
direction. Victim who was brought to Las Piñas District Hospital for treatment and
was declared stable by attending physician Dr. Gerald Fajardo. Officers-on-case:
SPO2 Rene B Mollenido and PO3 Earl A Loterte.
