Personal Pronoun Exercise

PERSONAL PRONOUNS

Pronoun adalah kata yang digunakan untuk mengganti noun. Dalam hal ini, noun bisa jadi


seseorang, suatu benda, tempat, bahkan tindakan atau gagasan. Yap, benda tersebut bisa jadi
benda mati atau benda hidup. 

Fungsi utama dari pronoun adalah mencegah adanya pengulangan atau repetisi kata dalam
suatu kalimat. Hmm, kenapa harus dicegah? Soalnya, repetisi membuat kalimat yang kamu tulis
jadi kurang efektif.

Personal Pronoun 
Personal pronoun adalah bentuk kata ganti yang digunakan untuk menerangkan kata benda
secara spesifik. Misalnya seperti menyebutkan nama orang, nama benda, nama hewan, dan lain
sebagainya. 

Example
1. “I will go on vacation to Korea because I think I need to refresh my brain.”
2. “You have to take care of everything that is yours.”
3. “Fahri used his prize money from the science fair to buy himself a new telescope.”
4. “The boy is playing with his puppet. He has a glove puppet.”
5. “The boys are playing with their puppets. They have glove puppets.”
6. We have an old kitchen table. It has a broken leg.
7. My niece is very funny. My brother likes her.
8. “She wrote the short story herself.”
