AIM:
To create a presentation of minimum 10 slides from engineering related topic.
PROCEDURE:
1. Goto start - > Programs -> Microsoft Office -> Microsoft powerpoint.
2. Choose any one of the models from layout tab.
3. Insert 10 slides and enter any of the Engineering related data into the slides.
4. Select Design tab-> Themes group and select the background.
5. Goto insert -> header and footer and type date and time and author name in
header and footer successively.
6. Goto insert-> picture and select any one image to insert into the slide.
7. Goto insert->tables and insert the values in any one of the slide.
8. Select font size,style,alignment from format tab accordingly.
9. Select view-> slide show and move the slides using scroll button or arrow keys.
10. Press ESC key to end the slide show.
11. Save the presentation File-> Save -> give the name of the presentation and save
the slide.

Animation, Shapes, Header & Footer, Slide number, Video, Audio, Picture, Tables and
Hyperlink between slides.
PROCEDURE :
1. Goto start - > Programs -> Microsoft Office -> Microsoft powerpoint.
2. Choose any one of the models from layout tab.
3. Insert 10 slides and enter any of the Engineering related data into the slides.
4. Select Design tab-> Themes group and select the background.
5. Select any one of the slide and enter the title as COURSES OFFERED.
6. Select subtitle with different courses list using bulleting and numbering option
and choose font type, size, color, alignment from Font group.
7. To insert the audio select transitions -> choose any one and select transition
sound-> sound type.
8. Goto insert->Movie-> select movie from files.
9. Goto insert -> table-> select no of rows and columns and enter the data of
MECHANICAL ENGINEERING students.
10. Click insert-> shapes-> select any one of the shape and insert in the slide.
11. Click insert -> hyperlink-> select place in the document .select the text
MECHANICAL ENGINEERING will be highlighted.
12. Click animation tab-> custom animation ->add effect ->play the slide show.
13. Select transition effect and click apply to all and press slide show.
14. Select view-> slide show and move the slides using scroll button or arrow keys.
15. Press ESC key to end the slide show.
16. Save the presentation File-> Save -> give the name of the presentation and save
the slide.
