I. TITLE OF THE PROJECT: “FRUIT SALAD ICE CANDY”\

II. LOCATION OF THE PROJECT: Brgy: Annam , Umingan, Pangasinan

III. DURATION OF THE PROJECT

A. Implementation Project: 6 months

B. Sustainability: 6 months

IV. OBJECTIVES

1. To develop value of diligence and patience;

2. To generate income to support the daily expenses of poor but deserving parent

beneficiaries and

3. To practice appropriate skills in making dishwashing liquid.

V. FLOW OF THE PROJECT

First, secure permit from the Division Office then, conduct a meeting with beneficiaries

together with their parents to inform them regarding the importance of this IGP and inculcate the

cooperation to succeed. And to sustain this project it requires time to from the beneficiaries to

prepare materials to make Dishwashing Liquid and to sell. Finally, every after making and selling all

profits will be given to beneficiaries to sustain their needs. The value of diligence and patience will

also develop.

This project will be managed and funded by Janinna Mae U. Castillo, Teacher I of Annam

Elementary School. It will thoroughly be supervised, monitored and evaluated by the School District

Supervisor, Head Teacher and other competent authorities from the Division Office of Pangasinan II.
