    DP World Tour Championship – Jumeirah Golf Estates

    Briefing Document

    Location: Jumeirah Golf Estates

    Pin Location: Jumeirah Golf Estates There are signs directing you to every car park

    Working Date: 17th-20th November 2022

    BRING: Accreditation, water bottles, snacks, sun cream, battery packs for your
    phones, if required.

    Timings: Each staff member has been sent their hours individually

    Arrival time on site: 30 minutes before your shift

    Meeting Point: Let’s all meet in the Village

    Breaks: You will be allocated breaks during your shift, this will depend on when
    the quieter times are, please be a little flexible with this
    Food Allowances: You will be allocated a food voucher to redeem at TAP & GRILL.

    PARKING – When you get to JGE, please follow signs for ‘All Tournament
    Traffic’, then follow signs to your relevant parking area. Parking is a
    good 10 minutes walk away from Parking 4 or 5 (depending on your
    parking sticker). If you are parking in the Public Parking, this means you
    will park and get a shuttle. PLEASE GET THERE WITH ENOUGH TIME TO
    GET TO POSITION 30 MINS BEFORE YOUR START TIME.

    Uniform:
    Male and Female: Plain clean white unbranded sneakers
    Females – Blue dresses
    Males – White polo top
    *Note to all: Please bring a spare set of clothes on the last day as I will
    collect all uniforms from you
    Girls Hair: In a neat bun or ponytail as per below. Please ensure that
    your hair is neatly tucked away and no hair is hanging down over your face. Use
    clips if you need.

    Boys Hair: Neat and styled well


    Boys Beard: Trimmed, neat, tidy and short

    Jewellery:
    - One pair of small studs for girls, please remove all other earrings
    - Boys, no earrings or any jewellery at all
    - One engagement ring and/or wedding ring
    - Remove all facial piercings

    Tattoos: Please cover all visible tattoos

    Make Up: Nice natural make up, no heavy eyeliner, no bright colourful lipstick –
    only nude colours

    Nails: No bright colours, only natural, French style or nude colours


    Manner on site:
    - Polite, respectful and friendly always
    - Ensure you take all personalities of guests into consideration and treat
    them accordingly
    - If you are unsure of the answer to a question, please do not say ‘I don’t
    know’, please do say ‘Please give me some time and I shall find out for you’.
    - Please stand always facing guests, do not turn your back to them

    Mobile Phones: NO mobile phones on site, please keep them in your bags and
    you are welcome to use them on your breaks

    Bags: Please bring a small bag only, there is little to no storage

    Smoking: If you need to smoke or vape, please only do this on your allocated
    breaks and NO smoking in your uniform, or in front of clients or guests at all.

    Hygiene: Please ensure that your hair is washed and you are smelling nice on site,
    if you smoke, please ensure that you spray after and clean your teeth.

    Alarms: Please set 2 or 3 alarms in the morning so that you all wake up and do
    not miss work!
