I decided to write this essay, regarding a robust methodology for the development of an
autonomous post-mortem communication apparatus, without any human intervention and without
the need for mediums too, a device for communicating with those of us who live in the post-
mortem dimension, for two reasons: in the foreground because I have pursued this idea for more
than 40 years, as an engineer and scientist, and finally, after a personal experience lived a few years
ago, just before the pandemic and with two witnesses, my current wife Eloisa, and my youngest
daughter Nicole , aged 12 at the time, and who spent his school holidays with us, this was the final
straw for my decision.
It was the end of another wonderful day, in the company of the two people who have all my
love, and we retired for another well-deserved night of rest. Eloisa and I went to our room and
were already in bed, when Nicole came from her room and knocked on our door saying that she
didn't want to sleep alone in her room that night, as if she was already sensing something different
in the air. To solve that unusual situation, I removed the single mattress from her bed in the other
room and installed it on the floor at the foot of our double bed, she liked the arrangement and lay
down, me and Eloisa also lay down on our double bed, about 2x2m, pretty big for sure.

We said our prayers in intimate silence, said good night to each other, turned off the light
and I rolled onto my stomach hugging my pillow. Less than a minute after turning off the lights and
in the dark, I felt Nicole climbing and crawling onto our mattress at the foot of the double bed,
because I felt the mattress pressed, and I thought: she really has some problem and she wants to lie
down between us, suddenly at that moment, I felt her pull one of my toes, so I said Nicole, stop it!
Eloisa said: what happened? And Nicole said: stop what daddy? Scared, I turned on the light and
Nicole was lying down and covered on her mattress at the foot of our bed, so as not to scare them
both unnecessarily I said: it was nothing, please get back to sleep!
The next day, Eloisa asked me privately, what was that about last night? I explained, it was
Maria Philomena, a blind aunt of mine who had died a few years before, Eloisa some scared
replied: what do you mean? So I explained to her: since I was a child, Philo, who loved me like a son
she never had, played with me - Whoever dies first, comes pulling the foot of the other to prove
that there is life after death! - I heard this practically my whole life until the 3rd age, shortly before
she died, but I had completely forgotten about it until last night.......
Scientific Evidence for the Survival of Human Consciousness Beyond Bodily Death

All the essays I have read over many and many years, regarding life after death subject, are
very similar to the essays on the subject of UFOs, which are based on reports, videos, witness
testimonies, statistical data, space-time, conspiracy theories, fake news, PHDs writing books and
listing hundreds of articles as bibliographical references, citing works from other PHDs, etc. and
even with tens of thousands of witnesses, UFOs still constitutes a mystery with no acceptable
scientific solution, mainly due to the Nullius in Verba, stated at London Royal Society frontdoor,
which says that it means: "an expression of the determination of Fellows to withstand the
domination of authority (PHDs) and to verify all statements by an appeal to facts determined by
experiment”.
 So, from the scratch and more than 40 years ago, I directed my focus to remove the human
being from the present study and base it 100% on purely scientific facts and experiments, without
interference from witnesses, testimonials, videos, mediums, reports of spirisms, near-death
experiences, cardiac arrest, quantum physics, psychography, statistical data from authorities, etc.
Thus, over these 40 years, primarily, and before discussing the experiment itself to establish
autonomous post-mortem communication, I managed to synthesize the four main scientific
hypotheses for the preservation of human consciousness after the death of the human being
physical body, the matter of fact, the only thing that really dies.
The Four Scientific Proofs of the Existence of Spirits - Initial Considerations
God, Faith and Religion - Metaphysics and Parapsychology

As in any and all scientific compendiums, I will first establish some premises, theses and
hypotheses and, in the end, present the four scientific proofs of the survival of human
consciousness, after the death of the physical body.

The concern with the post-mortem is as old as civilization itself, since Plato's Phaedo at
least, the Phaedo is one of the most widely read dialogues written by the ancient Greek
philosopher Plato. It claims to recount the events and conversations that occurred on the day that
Plato’s teacher, Socrates (469-399 B.C.E.), was put to death by the state of Athens, this concern
regarding the post-mortem has afflicted the human being, Plato's Phaedo contains several
arguments in support of his contention that the soul can exist without the body.

At this point I could not avoid making some comments about Faith and Religion too, which
today already walk side by side with science in many countries, mainly in Latin America. Since the
beginning, there are two innate concepts in Mankind, with scientific proof due to researchs carried
out in native tribes, that never had contact with the so-called "civilized men", which are: the
concept of a divinity or superior being, and the concept of freedom, two innate concepts all of us
possess, in one form or another, with no exception.

In my case, for example, this has haunted me my entire life, from youth to old age today. It
has always been very difficult for me to accept that a Rose, Flowers, and their wonderful Perfume, a
Hummingbird, a beautiful Butterfly, our Pets, our Children, etc., etc., that all these marvels were
the work of mere chance, and that everything this originated in a Big Bang, an explosion, have you
ever witnessed the result of an explosion up close, even a small one? Haven’t you? I always
thought, the result of an explosion cannot be a Rose, unless it was the Rose of Yroshima!

I have to address the religious theme, because, from the height of my almost 70 years of
age, I understand today that, case you do not believe in a Supreme Being, the primary cause of all
things from -infinite to +infinite, you must necessarily believe that everything, absolutely
everything, was the work of mere chance and that we, as many scientists still claim, are an
“anomaly”, which only occurred here on Earth. For me, this was always very difficult to “digest”,
much less accept being an “anomaly”, and I always thought: there must be a Superior Intelligence
behind all Creation, Intelligent Design. Thus, this work is the result of a lifetime studying and
synthesizing the pure scientific knowledge I acquired in this field, as I am not a priest, but an
engineer and scientist.
So, if you also cannot accept that we are here by mere chance, and that everything we build
materially and in our consciousness, ends with bodily death, you certainly believe in a Superior
Entity, whatever it may be in your consciousness, because there are only these two options, God or
Chance. And, case you believe in this Superior Entity, you must ask yourself: Is this “God” of mine
Fair or Unfair?
 Wether your God is fair, then your next question should be: Why was I born perfect and
with all my faculties and skills to succeed in this life, and my brother was born blind, crippled or
mentally retarded, without the minor possibility to succed in absolutely nothing, and dependent on
the benevolence of others to survive, where is the justice of such God? My God is unfair!
Calm down, it's not like that, beleive God is fair and I’m gonna prove it! Absolutely all of the
problems facing humanity today are primarily the result of Man's belief in just one life, a single
bodily existence. For all those who believe like that, they try to solve everything and live all the
experiences they want, in this “unique” life, some men willing to be women, some women willing
to be men, everyone wants to be rich, have great material goods, practice extreme sports, travel
the whole world, things that do not fit in a single lifetime, and often end up committing sins, or
even crimes and all kinds of human atrocities, all because they believe in bodily death as the end of
everything, and without consequences. Terrible mistake, poor people, here is the root of all our
problems and worries, however, the Justice of God resides exactly in the cumulative experiences of
multiple lives allowing all of us to perfect ourselves, regarding our intellectual and moral values,
using our Free Will, does that make sense?

Nevertheless, there is still hope for those who believe and have already had full scientific
proof of the survival of consciousness after physical death, like me for example, knowing that for
the Evolution of Our Intelligence, Consciousness and Morals, we all have to go through hundreds of
reincarnations and diversified life experiences, for our learning and evolution, having to go through
absolutely all experiences, sometimes as Men, sometimes as Women, sometimes as Transition
from one sex to another, sometimes as Billionaires, sometimes as Artists, times as Beggars, times as
Doctors, etc., to live multiple and diversified experiences, they know how to calm down and have a
peaceful life, accepting their trials and atonements of this instantaneous life, with meekness and
resignation, and thus they live a life of rare splendor. So is the Justice of God, which acts through
our Free Will. Here ends my initial considerations about God, Faith and Religion - Metaphysics and
Parapsychology, which are attributes of the human conscience, the Spirit, and not of the physical
body, this is only transitory, if they were, we would all be consciously equal. In essence we are
Spirits and not matter. Think about it!
Spirit as Pure Electric Field Energy
This brief metaphysical introduction was necessary for us to be able to understand the
purely scientific approach that will follow from now on. Our physical body is a perfect biological
machine and, like all machines, it has to obey the primary laws of physics, especially with regard to
the 1st and 2nd laws of Thermodynamics, which throw down any machine that intends to be a
continuous or perpetual motion system, that is, any system that claims to work uninterruptedly
without any external energy source being supplied to it, self-refeeding, which is impossible by
classical physic laws. Many machines have been presented to date claiming for this purpose,
without success. These machines, wether are not completely fake, are actually excellent energy
conservation machines, as they invariably need some initial boost to start up working, however, at
the exact moment we try to put some load on their axis, or inexorably after a few hours or even
days, if there is no fraud involved in the process, they cease movement, by the previously
mentioned laws of physics. This is so true that, until now, none has succeeded in a credible
laboratory test, such inventor would indeed be the newest trillionaire, but all classical physics
would fall to the ground, like a house of cards.
Thus, physics and thermodynamics guarantee the impossibility of a machine being
continuous or perpetual motion system, and our physical body is no exception. In this way, if we
observe the functioning of our perfect biological machine, we notice that apparently it represents a
continuous motion system, obviously not perpetual, since if the heart stops beating, the blood will
no longer be irrigated in our brain and this will perish, however, if the brain stops sending the
electrical signals to stimulate the heartbeat, our heart stops too, and the result will be the death of
the physical body. As we have seen, there is an important singularity here, according to the laws of
classical physics, unless we admit a “force or energy”, external to our physical machine, which is in
control so that the brain does not stop emitting all the necessary electrical signals. to the proper
functioning of our physical body, as well as monitor all the sensors in our body so that, mainly, our
heart does not stop pumping blood, fuel that feeds all the cells that make up our body, as well as in
any other machine that performs work, removing energy from a fuel (Hydrogen) and an oxidizer
(Oxygen), coming respectively from water (H2O) and the air we breath, in a process of partial,
continuous and controlled combustion, exactly as occurs in atomic reactors, respecting the
proportions, where we have a partial, continuous and controlled atomic explosion, so that this
combustion does not reach its final extreme. Although, in the case of the human body, there are
reports of bodies found completely consumed and charred, people who were sleeping in their beds
and without apparent cause, which were characterized as spontaneous combustion. However, if
you don't believe all this, try covering your mouth and nose for a while, and try living without fuel
and energy.

The aforementioned "force or energy" that animates us, consciousness, aura, soul, spirit,
call it what you will, is of an invisible nature, not directly perceived by any of our human sensors or
even common sense: eyes, ears, nose, deduction, etc., likewise we cannot perceive electric and
magnetic fields, radio waves, infra-red and ultra-violet light, radiation, etc., but we can feel their
effects, and science itself proves their existence through observations, experiments, equipment,
electric sensors, logical deduction, etc., the tools used by scientists in favor of the Nullius in Verba
from London Royal Academy of Science to withstand the domination of authority (PHDs), so it is
also how this “vital energy” that surrounds us and, as a matter of fact, involves everything in the
universe, mineral, vegetable or animal, from microcosm to the macrocosm, as demonstrated by
Kirlian photography, a scientific technique capable of photographing the vital energy of things, as
demonstrated in these few examples below:
 The latter is a famous Russian Kirlian photograph showing the lifting of this energy at the
time of death.
Just for this initial summary that has been exposed so far, we would already have enough
scientific proof of the existence of the soul or spirit, but this is still just the beginning, I intend to go
much deeper, so that at the end of this introduction to the essay, there can be no doubt of the
continuation of our consciousness after bodily death, with purely scientific methodology, without
any person involved in the middle.

If, on the one hand, our vital energy, soul or spirit, is an electric field capable of being
photographed, with much more property it can be measured in its intensity, frequency, amplitude,
etc., by means of appropriate sensors and equipment. In fact, I did some home laboratory
experiments and got the following result, as follows:

Believe me, this small piece of equipment can be improved and serve as the basis for a much
broader and more significant experiment, capable of scientifically proving the perpetuation of our
consciousness and intelligence, after bodily death, by establishing free and undisputed
communication with the post-mortem dimension.
Indeed, if the body dies and our vital energy survives, by its essence of an independent
electric field, and, if this singular electric field can be identified by its individual electric
characteristics and measured when we are alive, through an equipment developed specifically for
this purpose, why then could he not be identified, measured and electrically interact with this
equipment, after bodily death? Exactly, the scientific answer is: there is no technical-scientific
“show-stop” doing this, I will come back for this topic at the end.
 The Four Scientific Proofs of the Existence of Spirits

The Chrysalis - 1st Scientifc Proof of the Existence of the Spirit

We are now going to examine the first scientific proof of the existence of the spirit, or
whatever you want to call it, the vital energy that animates us. We have already seen at the
beginning that there is scientific proof (Kirlian Photo) of a “vital energy” that animates everything
and all of us, of electrical origin, an electric field, thus, the first scientific proof that I present of the
existence of the spirit is the Chrysalis, that is the caterpillar inside the cocoon during the process of
metamorphosis, which represents the transformation from a singular animal, the caterpillar, to
another completely different one, the butterfly, a sort of “miracle” not yet completely understood
by science - till now, as if it exists only to prove something to us. And so it is, in the scientific studies
carried out in this regard, it was verified that all the organs of the caterpillar, the original animal,
during the 1st phase of the transformation, dissolve in a primordial mass of stem-cells, including
the brain of the original animal, stem-cells without any information and which can turn into any
part of the new animal, also unique (the butterfly).

CHRYSALIS

Let's think together for one moment, if all the vital organs of the original animal dissolved,
including the brain, a fact proven by science, then, where does intelligence come from, the source
of information, which makes it possible for stem cells to constitute a new animal and still, totally
different from the original animal, ugly and crawling, to a new animal of a totally different nature
and yet, beautiful and flying? Thus, from a purely scientific point of view, if we do not admit the
existence of an intelligent external agent, in control of this transformation process, we simply will
not have a scientific answer for the transformation of the Caterpillar, Chrysalis into Butterfly, have
we? That's how science conducted this study, just because they had no explanation, it was simply
called Animal Metamorphosis, and it’s done, simple like that! No Mr. PHDs, I regret to tell you there
is a scientific explanation, the vital energy, soul or spirit of the animal, by pure instinct developed
over millions of years of evolution, was present at all times in control of the said transformation
process physico-corporal of this wonderful and unique creature, giving rise to an animal exemplarily
different from the original, and it is not a miracle, it is science, metamorphosis does not mean
absolutely nothing in scientific terms. I tell you, here is the first scientific proof of the existence of
the spirit!

At this point it is worth a reflection: clearly the animals, although they do not have a
conscience capable of free will, verbal communication, notion of right and wrong, morals, etc., they
have instead, the instincts, a vital energy and even a certain degree of intelligence, different from
the human spirit that has consciousness and free will, which are preserved in animals and humans
after bodily death, as in the case of the Chrysalis for example, where this is clearly established and
demonstrated above. In human beings, it is quite clear to all of us that we have an evident division
between conscience, subconsciousness or instincts, which differentiates us from other animals, as
we do not need to concentrate or make any effort for our heart to beat, or for us to breathe, etc.,
all subconscious or instinctual processes.

So it is with the Chrysalis, simply the instinct, inherent to its “vital energy”, or “spirit”, it
doesn't matter to the process of transformation as we want to call it, it leads the process of
transformation from one animal to another, without any effort, out of pure instinct.

However, in human beings, as in addition to instincts we have intelligence and conscience,

which survive bodily death, as we are gradually proving using scientific evidence, our subconscious
also has all our learnings, intelligent and moral, accumulated life after life, over hundreds of
thousands of years, which we also don't need to strive to remember, they are simply there, like
riding a bicycle for example, once you’ve learned - it’s there, which also explains the Flash of
Genius, children who seem to be born with some complex intrinsic knowledge like, for example,
music, maths, arts, engineering, apparently acquired by pure instinct, and it really was.

This means that human beings actually have two heritages, not just one, as most of us
believe, namely:

Biological Inheritance - Genetic inheritance originating from the DNA of our parents;
Spiritual Inheritance - Which we inherit from ourselves, from all our past lives together.

The Umbilical Cord - 2nd Scientific Proof of the Existence of the Spirit

Let's dig now into what I consider the 2nd scientific proof of the existence of the spirit, and
that it survives bodily death and cames within it all the learning developed during its multiple
corporeal existences, in its conscious, sub-conscious or instincts. This 2nd scientific proof concerns
the human being itself and, to facilitate understanding, we are now going to examine our
reproductive process, right after the fertilization of the ovum by the sperm, a purely biological
process begins, capable of reproducing itself in-vitro in the laboratory, pure and natural cell
multiplication, that is, the two initial cells appear, which are multiplied into 4, 16, 32, 64, 128 cells
and so on. This purely biological process, which can be reproduced in the lab, and for that very
reason has still nothing to do with vital energy, is essentially constituted by stem-cells (umbilical
cord), cells devoid of any information, which can after develop any type of organ of the new being:
skin, bones, liver, kidneys, bladder, and most importantly, lungs. heart and brain, all derived from
the same original stem-cells, which is in the early stages of pregnancy. How did these dumb cells
get information to develop our limbs, organs, brain, etc., an extremely complex process?

It must be said that there is an impossibility of generating a new life completely in-vitro, the
process of fertilization of the ovum in-vitro can be carried out, however, as soon as cell
multiplication is observed, it is a matter of implanting this “embryo” in the mother's uterus, just like
the Chrysalis, where the process will find all the favorable conditions for its correct development,
however I do not rule out the possibility of developing an artificial uterus, as already announced. In
such initial process, the umbilical cord begins to be formed in succession of the cell multiplication
chain described above and, once analyzed by science, it was shown to be constituted purely by
stem-cells, dumb cells without any information, they can constitute any organ of our physical body.
In addition, the length of the umbilical cord and its constitution demonstrate that this purely
biochemical process lasted a certain time without any interference or changes, and so it would last
forever if the process were purely biological, in science there are no miracles or leaps.

Nevertheless, after a certain period of time (Umbilical Cord lenght), the cells, as if by a
miracle, exactly as in the case of the Chrysalis, acquire all the precise and sophisticated information
necessary for the formation of a new being, in a completely disconnected process, independent
from the being, which is generating this brand new life, and will generate all vital organs, brain,
heart, eyes, stomach, intestines, kidneys, lungs, skin, all limbs, bones, etc., necessary for this baby,
process which wil last for about nine months. By the way, human science itself used this very same
process in the development of computers, Smart TVs, Smart Phones, IoT, and any other electronic
equipment that surrounds us today, was it just by chance? I mean that all these devices are
composed of two main items the Hardware (CPU) and the Software (Intelligence), one does not
exist without the other, the CPU being the physical medium and the Software the information,
would this be a mere coincidence?

Both, in the Chrysalis and in the Human Being, how is this possible, where did the
information (“Software, Intelligence”) come from to organize and control the stem-cells
(“Hardware, Physical-Medium”) in the process to generate a new life? No gentlemen, it's not a
miracle, it's science, at the exact point of the umbilical cord where the embryo, the new human
being, is now found, as in the former photo, there was the coupling of vital energy, soul or spirit,
which, just like in the Chrysalis , has a sub-conscious or instinct, which knows exactly how to control
this whole process, without the slightest effort, as automatically as riding a bicycle, and thus will
constitute its new body, temple or home, which the spirit will occupy for a long time and
experiences, in order to continue our process of learning, awareness and evolution as a species,
isn't that wonderful? A true miracle of Creation! Maybe another Flash of Genius from an Inteligent
Design, think about it? Here is the 2nd scientific proof of the existence of the spirit, remove it
from the conception process and the gestation would result in a long and useless string of stem-
cells, in a purely biological process!

The 21gr Death Experience - 3rd Scientific Proof of the Spirit's Existence

A scientific study published in 1907 by Duncan MacDougall, a physician from Haverhill,

Massachusetts. MacDougall hypothesized that souls have physical weight, and attempted to
measure the mass lost by a human when the soul departed the body. MacDougall attempted to
measure the mass change of six patients at the moment of death. One of the six subjects lost three-
quarters of an ounce (21.3 grams). Here is the 3rd scientific proof of the existence of the spirit, or
there would be no way, or hope, to explain scientifically the 21gr loosing at the time of death,
except by appealing to coincidence, or mere chance. What do you think?

Sudden Death of Unknown Cause - 4th Scientific Proof of the Spirit's Existence
I believe that we all know firsthand, or have heard of, people enjoying perfect health who
died suddenly, without any apparent reason. I myself remember Nicole's grandfather, a strong and
robust man who was working on the conveyor sort of job and, according to his pairs reports, he
dropped the pen and fell dead, the rescue arrived in less than 5 minutes, they did everything
possible to revive him, including with the defibrillator, without success. In this case the autopsy is
mandatory in Brazil to determine the cause of death, and to be able to rule out poisoning or any
other obscure reason. Well, our LMI - Legal Medical Institute performed the detailed autopsy, from
top to bottom, and have concluded it wasn't a heart attack, it wasn't a stroke, it wasn't poisoning,
and the result, which appears on the certificate Cause of Death: Sudden Death of Unknown Cause.
My point is, if our physical-body is a perfect biological machine, which if well preserved can
last a hundred years or more, if in the case under study, Nicole’s grandfather, no problem or defect
was found in that perfect machine, as in thousands of similar cases in the world, so what really
died? The only scientific explanation in these cases is that, for some reason, the energy that
animated the physical body was abruptly disconnected, as if, due to a short circuit for example, the
Software was instantly erased from the CPU memory, leaving it literally and completely, wear out.
I'm sure everyone here has once gone through a similar experience with one of their electronic
devices, we all know that a CPU without the Software that animates it, or vice versa, is literally,
dead, a brick. And so are we, without our spirit! Here is the 4th scientific proof of the existence of
the spirit.
After this preamble, extremely summarized and using common words, so that the idea can
be assimilated, using simple but irrefutable scientific evidence, as well as many other evidences
that could be cited in this essay, starting with metaphysics and paranormality, which are beyond
the scope of this preliminary pure scientific approach. I would also like to add that I did not cite any
bibliographic references because, from a purely scientific point of view regarding the present essay,
I could not find any, which makes this essay totally original in its essence.

A Possible Scientific Post-Mortem Communications Apparatus Using the Principles Above

The scientific main principle that guides this essay is: If the Human Spirit, when still in charge
of a physical body or when freed from the bonds that bind it to the body, is pure intelligent and
conscious energy in the form of an autonomous electric field, as previously presented in this work,
it can be detected by a technological scientific apparatus, and can also interact and communicate
with us, in a very simple way, as simple as we interact with our intelligent electronic devices.

Below I present a block diagram of how we can conduct this experiment until we develop a
complete post-mortem communication device capable of communicating with corporeal or
extracorporeal spirits, autonomously and independently, without the intervention of human beings
or mediums, except to communicate with these entities and establish an exchange of knowledge
with them, wisdom acquisition, as the ultimate and irrefutable proof of the continuation of life,
after death of the physical body, believe it or not, it is totally and scientifically possible!!!
 Obviously this diagram is merely illustrative, but it illustrates very well the idea that it is
perfectly possible, from the scientific perspective, to build a communication apparatus to enable
the intelligent detection of an electric field to interact with, and if I win any prize with this contest, I
will use this financial resources to build such device, in favor of the Nullius in Verba!

PS: I would like to take this opportunity herein for posterity, just to the records: man is increasingly
investing a lot of money and has already publicly expressed his intention to send a manned
spacecraft to Mars. I am obliged to warn everyone that, according to the arguments presented in
this essay, the spirit is what shapes, animates and fully controls our physical body and, for this
reason, it has an intermediate layer called perispirit, which is also formed of the constituent
elements and electric and magnetic fields inherent to our planet, maybe because of that we call it:
our Mother-Earth, it is then assumed that beings from another planet may very possibly have
physical bodies different from ours. Alert of Extreme Importance - If the above mentioned
spacecraft will not have the necessary electric and magnetic field protection devices, all its crew will
certanly die as soon as they exceed the lunar orbit of 400,000Km, because the perispirit will be
annihilated for not finding anymore the electro-magnetic fields as well as the Earth's forces
necessary for its subsistence, as a sutil matter and energy field the perispirit is constituted, and
there will be the inexorable death of the astronauts’ physical bodies as well, once their spirits are of
an immortal nature!

Two hypotheses support this warning:

1a - Until now, no human being has been sent beyond our Exosphere (400,000 km);
2a - Astronauts who went to the Moon, reported feeling extreme weakness while in the Lunar
orbit, without apparent physical cause.
