EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
❖ The results of the key performance indicators for January 2023 compared to
December 2022 have generally recorded an upward trend on most indicators of
consumption, utilization of machines, and the operating hours, on the other hand,
concerning the rates of spare part costs and maintenance costs, recorded
significant increases on rolling equipment while cranes seen a decrease;

❖ On the STS, availability rate knew a slight decrease compared to December, due to
increase on total downtime; the same recorded for operating hours, move, and
spare parts cost, and maintenance cost, and contrary, the energy consumption
have witnessed an increase;

❖ For RTG, availability slightly increased thanks to decrease on downtime, the fuel
consumption, energy consumption, and operating hours have seen an increase,
while a decrease has been recorded for maintenance cost, spare parts cost; and

❖ With regard to rolling equipment, almost all indicators of KPIs end month above
target, except for RST & TTC availability; the fuel consumption, running hours,
spare parts and maintenance cost known an increase. 2

• STS11: 6 hours stoppage for PM, 20 hours stoppage for CM, 91 hours for improvement, and 15 hours for breakdowns.
