1. General Features
Enclosures are made of High Quality 0.8/1.5 mm CRCA Sheets from TATA STEELIUM
SKD design and can be easily assembled at the user site
Wall Mount Enclosures are made primarily of three colours i.e., RAL 7035, RAL 9005 and RAL
5018. However, Enclosures with different colour combinations can also be made available
Necessary accessories for the complete installation of the Enclosures form part of the total system

5. Standard Accessories
Cable Manager
The Wall mount Enclosures have the provision for
mounting Cable managers for standard 19” rack dimension
The Cable Manager Back Plate is made of CRCA Steel coated CR
sheet while the loop is of PVC material
Cantilever Tray
The Wall Mount Enclosures can be equipped with cantilever trays.
Cantilever trays are made of TATA STEELIUM sheet and powder coated
These trays have adequate slots for ventilation.
They can carry lighter weights only
Distribution Unit
PDU is one of the most critical element of the Enclosure configuration and can be supplied as per
user specification.
Selection criteria include the number of sockets, electrical rating,
overall dimension and the other hardwares like Plug and Cable
The range of Electrical Ratings for the Power Distribution Unit are as follows:
Rated Voltage – 220 to 240 VAC, 50Hz
Full Load Current - 6 to 16Amp
Full Load Power – 1.2 Kva to 3 Kva
Cooling Fan
The Wall Mount Enclosures have provision for mounting AC Axial Fan(s) of outer dimension 120 x
120 x 38 mm for exhaust of hot air
Fan has an Air flow of 95 CFM under
static pressure with a maximum decibel
level of 42 dB from a distance of 1 Metre
These fans are IP 42 protected with a MTBF
of around 70K hours at 40º C. The fan has a
95 CFM capacity without using any of the
equipment installation space
