The Graduation

I. Processional
Mc 1:Good afternoon. We are grateful to be able to celebrate graduation day once more this year
because we want the graduates to remember it or mark it on their calendars for the years to
come. Despite the fact that we are still dealing with the threat of a COVID-19 pandemic, the fact
that we are here today to celebrate graduation is a great blessing for us. It signifies the end of
one phase of one’s educational journey and the beginning of another, more challenging phase of
one’s quest for a better life and future.

Ladies and gentlemen welcome to these year's Graduation Day.

II. Entrance of Colors

III. Singing of Triple Hymns
IV. Invocation
Mc 2: As a sign of respect to our beloved country, please stand for the singing of our national
anthem, to be conducted by Ms. Ashley Dela Peña, and to be followed by an Invocation to be led
by Ms Ashley Dela Peña.

V. Welcome Address
Mc 2: Please be seated. To formally start this commencement exercise, let us hear from our
principal, Ms. Kelly Joy Dela Cruz, for her welcome address.

Kelly(Principal): Good Evening Honored Guests , Ladies and Gentlemen.

A graduation ceremony is always such a special occasion - the culmination of years of hard work;
the actualization of goals attained and the acknowledgement of successes achieved. So, it is only
fitting that tonight we commemorate the road that we have all traveled together these last few
years.

It has been a journey that started with tentative steps perhaps, but one that has taken us to
remarkable heights. We have encountered some trials and tribulations along the way...soldiered
on and come out the stronger for them. We have experienced exceptional moments, magical
moments and created memories that will be fondly remembered in the years ahead.

VII. Message

Mc1:Let us now hear a message of inspiration from our Schools Division Superintendent, Mr.
Harvey Yutrago.

Harvey: Congratulations and well wishes to all our completers and graduates. Your support
groups have exemplified a nurturing leadership and have collaborated to surmount over all
challenges during the chaotic times to provide for you the much needed resources that will
enable you to realize your dreams knowing that your dreams serve as your driving force to
succeed in life. Yet, dreams can only be meaningful when in it are embedded: the dedication and
commitment, a purpose that lead and power you to translate dreams into realities; the
reconciling of intentions with actions to translate dreams into positive outcomes; the energizing
of self with good vibes through prayer, empowering, encouraging and inspiring surrounding; the
anchoring of pride and confidence and ensuring to be clothed with the grace borne out of
modesty and humbleness amidst successes and triumphs; the motivating and influencing others
which elucidates leading and empowering people; and serving God through His people that
multiplies and spreads widely the gifts and talents as your important treasures and blessings.
VIII. Words of Gratitude

Mc2: No one who achieves success does so without acknowledging the help of
others. That is why you simply express gratitude to all beings who have
contributed to their current achievements. Words of gratitude to be delivered by
Mr. Ivan Jade Llavore with high honors.

Ivan: Thank you for coming and good evening.

As I celebrate this achievement, the biggest reward to me is having both of my

parents with me today, who are both alive, healthy, and of sound mind.
Unfortunately, not all of my classmates can say the same.
I have always wanted to make my parents proud, starting from high school. When
I got into Princeton, they were both very happy for me.

I knew that I would have to work even harder to make them proud once I entered
high school. The fact that they are both accomplished people in their own right
was and still is a major driving force.

So, Mom and Dad, thank you for everything. Thank you for the sacrifices that
you’ve had to make in order to get me through school; thank you for all of the
sacrifices that you’ve both made for me and for all of the love you’ve given me
throughout my life.

Most of all, thank you for being two wonderful people. All of my friends who’ve
had the luck of meeting you say that you’re both the coolest cats that they’ve
ever met, and they are right.

IX. Graduation Song

Mc 1: Never give up on your dreams. Every great dream begins with a dreamer.
Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion
to reach for your greatest dream. Fight for your dreams and your dreams will fight
for you. Ladies and gentlemen, let’s watch and listen to our graduation song "a
million dreams"

(All graduates sing)

X. Acknowledgment and Closing Remarks

Mc2: The art of beginning is great, but the art of ending is even greater. It is
precise to acknowledge and recognize all the working hands that made this
graduation ceremony possible. Ladies and gentlemen, our PTA President, Ms.
Louissiana Kisen Merelos, in her
words of acknowledgement and closing remarks.

Louissiana: I would not end my speech by only giving thanks to all of you without
recognizing all the working hands that made this event possible. The following
are; our school district supervisor, our school principal, all of the teachers, the
masters of ceremonies, the non-teaching staff, the decoration group, the
graduates, the parents, especially by giving their time, money, and effort to make
this event happen.

I truly appreciate your help. The spirit of success can be felt when people in a field
cooperate as a team and share the same goals not just on this occasion, but with
all of the activities the students may gain from. Events at the school should be
able to involve all staff members, without being split up into groups of two or
more. Everyone deserves credit, not just a select few. A true Filipino possesses the
traits of being friendly and helpful, without being selfish or having any particular
interests.

The secret to becoming a better person is having a goal and direction in life, as
well as being willing to help others. God tells us to be kind to others and do good
things because He appreciates such sacrifices. Therefore, help others while God
works for you.

Once again, congratulations, my dear students! God bless us all!

XI. Recessional

Mc1: graduates, be bold, courageous, and be your best. Your journey is never-
ending. There’s always going to be growth, improvement, and adversity; you’ve
just got to take it all in and do what’s right, continue to grow, and continue to
live in the moment. To high is like reaching for the stars. Wherever you go, go
with all your heart. If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door so that success will
come to you. Face the challenges confidently and be positive in overcoming them.
Congratulations!
