Now class before we start I am going to
introduce our topic which is the Body Shapes
and Actions!
Body Shapes and Actions Ma’am.
Again what is our topic?
3. Reading of Procedure
Before we start our activity, let us read the
procedures.
Teacher will group you into 2 with a 5
member in each group. There should be only
one representative to pick the title of the song
that he/she will act in front of his/her
groupmates. The first group that will get 5
points is the winner.
4. Group Activity
This group activity is called “Children Song
Charades”.
5. Selection of Participants
Now class, I will group you into 2 groups
with 5 members in each group.
6.Working Period
I will give you 2 minutes to decide who will
be the person that will act in front.
7. Reporting
So Class, we will now start our performance
and all the representatives of each group,
kindly proceed in front.

Stretch is when you extend your body

of the body to form a curl while the rest of the
body is fixed.

D. Application
I have prepared another activity. There are 4
stations and those stations are consists of non-
locomotor movement and sing twinkle-
twinkle little star and after those stations you
have to perform the locomotor movement
which are walking, running, jogging and
jumping. Am I clear children?

Direction: Using the base method I will divide
you into 5 groups. Now follow the indicated
procedures in those stations.
