Program Steps and Certifications


Our program includes training and the certification process -
HCMBOK® to AGILE Practitioner, without any additional
investment. After the training you must perform an online
assessment, consisting of 32 questions to be answered in 90
minutes. You will have 6 months (180 days) from the training date
to complete your certification process, which includes 3 attempts to
achieve the minimum result of 75% correct answers.

Courseware
All participants will receive the book Change Management for Agile
Projects - HCMBOK® to AGILE.

Workload
20 hours – Face to Face or Live Online Training.
