Mouse: is a pointing device which is used to control the movment of a mouse poniter on the screen to make

The office button:allows you to open,save,print,documents,perform other document out put funcations.

Sorting:is the process of arranging data in to meaningful order.

Output: Any information That is processed by and sent out from a computer

Hard disks: is the main storage device,consists of one or more rigid metal plates Its storage capacity is up to
4GB or more.

Hardware: refers to physical parts of the computer system including (monitar٫modem,mouse)

Software:is the instructions that make the computer work.

Windows 7: is Microsoft`s fatest and most efficient operating system for today PC and is available in multiple

utility program: is a type of system software that allows a user to perform

maintenance-type tasks

File Button: This button is available in MS word 2010, and through

this button we can perform save, new, open command and other

several commands

Quick Access Toolbar: This toolbar already includes few

commands such as: Save, Redo and Undo. But also we add more

other commands into this toolbar

Note: By clicking on each Tab, the group of commands of that Tab

will be displayed

Processor: The central processing unit (CPU) contains electronic circuits that cause processing to occur. It is
considered the “Heart” of the computer.

Start button: a labeled button in an operating system's graphical user interface that opens a directory of a
computer's software programs and other files.(the start button located task bar)

Merge cells: It is used to merge cells into a single cell.

CD: a compat disk also called optical disc, is a flat round ,portable storgae medium that is usually 4.75 inches in
diamter

Rom: is a compact disc that used the same laser technology as audio CDs for recordig music

DVD: is on optical disc storage format,invented and developed by philips.
