are managed by CIDS dependent on the configuration of the aircraft and the CIDS

Cabin Intercom Data System The basic CIDS manages these cabin functions:

- the call system, - the passenger lighted signs,

BCL 1PB1, 1PB2 Controls each battery contactor when the BAT pushbutton switch is in the AUTO
Battery Charge Limiter configuration.
In addition, each BCL includes a BITE and a self monitoring system which analyzes
internal and peripherical fault information. Initiation of the test is possible via the
CFDS or at each power up on ground.
