This project will be managed overall by the assigned peer facilitator officer for the Academic

Year 2022-2023, with assistance from the guidance councilor and from each teacher for the
activities.

Project Title:

Knowledge for the Rightful Actions

Project Proponent:

This project is headed by the Peer Facilitator Officer.

Project Rationale:

In accordance with our school’s mission and vision, this project will assist each students to
learn, understand, and broadened their knowledge for specific topic that will be discussed by
peer officer. This will emphasize the importance of considering that each action has a significant
impact on the student’s path or life.

Project Objectives:

 To assist students in comprehending, acquiring, and broadening their understanding of


a specific topic or issue.
 To promote personal development.
 To avoid a potentially difficult situation.
 To develop critical thinking skill.
 To become more conscious.
 To raise students awareness through their actions.

Project Description:

This project will be completed with the help of peer facilitator officers, guidance staff, teachers,
and senior high school students from Bautista National High School. This project will involve
room-to-room interaction on every Independent/ Cooperative Learning (ICL) of every strand
and section in senior high school, with the primary goal of discussing each topic and how it
affects other people’s well-being.

This project completed topics include:


 Anger management: entails taking the rightful actions.
 Career path: the importance of choosing your own career path in college.
 Mental health: suicidal ideation is not an attention seeker.
 Knowing who you are: gender orientation and preference.
 The effects of bullying and cyberbullying.
 Sex education: reducing the risk of teenage pregnancy and other problems.

Project Duration:

The project will take place during the second semester of Academic year 2022-2023.
Specifically, the time when the senior high school students class had their ICL.

Target Beneficiaries:

Students- Bautista National High School students will benefit the most from this project
because they will gain more knowledge from what the officer will share. They will also be more
cautious in their actions because they are more aware and critical thinkers.

Administration- this will help to strengthen their mission and vision o school grounds, as well
as how properly handle students and other staff of the school. This could also help other
programs that are related to the topic at hand.

Proposed Budget

This project will not cost because we want a project wherein students should not contribute
financially. All we needed is a laptop(for making power point presentation) that will be provided
by the guidance counselors

Monitoring and Evaluation

This project will be overseen by Peer Facilitator Officers, guidance staff, and each teacher to
help their students during the lecture.
