I wish to submit the following lines for your kind consideration and favourable
action.

2. I was appointed as Village Administrative Officer in the Department of


Revenue and Disaster Management, Puducherry on 28.11.2005 in the Pay scale of
4000-100-10200. On the implementation of 6th pay Commission, my basic pay was
fixed on Rs. 7440 + Grade Pay Rs.2400 from 01.01.2006. Afterwards, I was promoted
to the post of Revenue Inspector w.e.f. 24.02.2011 and regularized from the date of
promotion. (order copy enclosed) and subsequently promoted to the post of Deputy
Tahsildar.

3. Hence, I request that my pay may please be fixed with the next date of
increment from the date of regularized promotion in the cadre of Revenue Inspector.
I herewith enclosed the form of option for necessary action please.
