    Synopsys of Project Proposal:

    Base line survey in the tourist places and trainings of the


    candidates from nearby district for a sustainable
    employment in tourism sector job roles into their nearby
    places

    1. Need of the Providing gainful and sustainable employment in the sector of tourism to the
    Project youth continues to remain as an important priority, particularly in developing
    economies which are witnessing major demographic transitions.

    The project aims to select the tourist places across the country, conduct a base line
    survey to the nearby districts of that places, identify the unemployed youth to
    encourage them for their career in the tourism sector, establish the training centers
    for them as per the NSDC’s standards of the identified skill gap.

    2. Project Focus The schemes’ aim to train around 50,000 candidates in the identified job roles
    for the skill requirement in the sectors of tourism in their nearby tourist places
    and gainfully employ at least 70% of trained candidates.
    3. Objective The project area is characterized with a typical setting of the Tourist places and
    their specialized need of skill set to be employed in this sector. Especially the
    women and girls of the area mostly involved in household chores, having no say in
    the family affairs, the SC and ST’s and youth belongs from the families living below
    poverty line. Excluded from receiving higher education.
    • To promote employment oriented vocational skills and training into the
    sector of Tourism and Hospitality
    • To certify the trained candidates in order to strengthen their skills and
    career opportunities in this sector.
    Project Details The project will focus on skilling of youth from the nearby districts and villages
    4. from the tourist places. The project will cover the following activities:

    i. Base line survey and Mobilization


    ▪ In order to Identify the need and skilling required amongst the youth
    in the Tourism sector leading a better livelihood income opportunities
    for the youth.

    ii. Skilling of Beneficiaries:


    ▪ Skilling of beneficiaries from the villages of the tourist places and the
    training shall be provided in the sector of Tourism and Hospitality as
    per the need
    ▪ Training of teachers
    ▪ Identification of beneficiaries
    ▪ Village identification and center selection
    ▪ Enrollment of students
    ▪ Set up of infrastructure facilities in the district
    ▪ Start of the skilling activities

    iii. Personal Development of Beneficiaries:


    ▪ Orientation of beneficiaries
    ▪ Conduct seminars/charcha mandals for the beneficiaries
    ▪ Exposure trips for the beneficiaries
    5. Project Impact • The impact of the project will be to engage the youth to the income
    generation activities through skilling and certification of them under Skill
    India campaign.
    • The youth will be motivated to setup their own income generation
    units/start activities.
    • At least 70% of the trained candidates shall be placed for the income
    generation activities either through the self-employment or job
    placement.
    6. Project The project shall be continuously monitored and evaluated in terms of -
    Monitoring • Each candidate should have valid Aadhar Card and bank a/c no. linked
    Mechanism with it.
    • Geotagged photographs/videos of each day for particular batch.
    • Evidence based monitoring will be done and evidence will be shared with
    the project sanctioning authority.
    • Feedback from the candidates will also be obtained and speedily resolved.

    7. Reports to 1. Mobilization reports- The families in the targeted districts/villages visited,

    3. Impact Assessment Report- Socio Economical reports and outcomes shall
    be conducted and submitted to the project sanctioning authority.

    organization 1956(no.1of 1956), company is having its head office at H.N. 58 , Shri Ram Nagar
