Features:

inside, complete oxygen source ozone machine.

4~20mA or 0~5V input control, such as ORP/PH meter, ozone monitor, etc.

1KG-10KG Oxygen Source Ozone Generator

1. The air source system consists of air compressor, refrigerating dryer, adsorption dryer, water separator and air filters, to
provide a qualified (cool, dry and clean) air source for the oxygen concentrator.
a. Using screw air compressor, which has high gas output efficiency but low noise.
b. The gas storage tank is used for pre-storing the compressed air provided by the air compressor, and the compressed
air pressure is constant, and the gas flow rate is constant, thereby ensuring the use condition of the downstream
purification equipment.
c. The refrigerant dryer cooling down and drying the air source, it can remove about 80% humidity of the compressed air.
The cooling and drying ability is powerful but the energy consumption is low.
d. The adsorption dryer is a dehumidification purification device that applies the pressure swing adsorption principle
and the non-thermal regeneration method to dry the compressed air. It belongs to deep dewatering, and the gas
source can reach the atmospheric dew point of -50 degree.
e. The filter includes main pipeline filtration, degreasing filtration, dust removal filtration, etc., ensuring that the oil
content of the gas source entering the adsorption dryer is less than 0.01 mg/m3, and the particle size of the gas
source dust entering the PSA oxygen concentrator and ozone generator is less than 1 μm or even 0.01 μm.

2. High effective PSA oxygen concentrator for ensuring the stable and high ozone concentration.
3. The control system is connected with the industrial control level computer by PLC. The ozone generator adopts the
international advanced intermediate frequency discharge technology, and the internal CPU core control is designed. The
soft start and soft unloading functions are designed, and the linear adjustment of the ozone generator can be smoothly
adjusted. Power to achieve 10%-100% adjustment of ozone production, to minimize the operating costs of the demand
side.
