WINNING MENTALITY

✓ Providing an excellent customer service experience on each call. By remembering that


although not every customer will be a happy customer, you have the chance to turn the
tables by delivering a warm tone, positive and proactive attitude, and empathy.

✓ Communicating in a clear and precise manner through the many channels (Phone, email
and/or online chat) that you may encounter depending on the project that you’ll
eventually be drafted to.

✓ Developing basic to intermediate computer skills: Our candidates should be able to


navigate through: Windows 10, Microsoft teams and other production apps.

✓ Developing problem solving and logical thinking: This could be the most important skill
discussed so far. As a customer service representative our job is to listen our customer’s
concerns with an empathic tone, however is our duty to handle any product inquiry or
issues. The use of probing question is a great tool to understand the problem at hand
and determine the best course of action.
The requirements to be drafted:

✓ Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

✓ Must be willing to work 40 hours per week.

✓ PC/Laptop running windows 10 operating system (Mac, Chromebooks, Tablets or


Smartphones are not eligible).

✓ Two dedicated monitors.

✓ An internet connection of at least 50Mbps / 10 UPLOAD through cable (Wi-Fi is not


permitted). To run an internet speed test, make sure to have the cable connected to the

✓ A VoIP USB headset with background noise cancellation and a Webcam (Webcam will
only be required during training).
✓ Dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions.
✓ Additional equipment specifications will be tested during interview process.
Pay Rates.

Our business is hiring for a variety of projects. We recruit for PayPal, Hulu, Netflix, etc.
Each of our program includes a paid training, and everything is conducted entirely
online. The estimated compensation rates are shown below, but only a portion of the
pay will go to the agents. Considering the job donor share and fees. Depending of their
performance and hours worked, the agent will receive a minimun of $400.00 - $500.00
USD every two weeks. During the hiring process, further information about
remuneration will be provided.
