PROJECT PROPOSAL
LAC SESSION

I. Title of Training: PEDAGOGICAL CLASSROOM COMMUNICATION

II. Rationale

In every setting, at every moment, and even in the classroom,

communication took place. Pupils develop their connections and interactions
with teachers and other students at school. The knowledge that the teacher
imparts to the student is transferred during the teaching and learning
process. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, good communication is
required. What will be the best communication for kids with a diversity of
skills, however, is still an open subject. There are numerous strategies,
approaches, or techniques that can be used.
Moreover, the foundation of successful educational results is effective
classroom communication. According to studies, teachers who interact with
their students more effectively help their courses achieve higher retention and
grade levels, while ineffective classroom communication contributes to higher
dropout rates. We are looking at a virtuous circle, or positive feedback loop,
where improved communication both produces and adds to a favorable
relationship between teachers and students. It can assist in overcoming
obstacles to learning that arise in the classroom, such as unfavorable
attitudes or strained relationships between teachers and students, by
fostering environments of bilateral communication that are focused on the
pursuit of understanding rather than the expression of conflict. To display a
wide range of effective verbal and non-verbal classroom communication
strategies to support learner understanding, participation, engagement and
achievement, ESP Department will be conduct this seminar to enhance and
regain much understanding in different strategies of communication process
in the four corner of the classroom.
