women attorneys, and underscore the truth of the
Court’s observation in Casey that reproductive choice
facilitates women’s ability “to participate in the
economic and social life of the Nation.” 505 U.S. at
856.
CONCLUSION
For all of the foregoing reasons, the Fifth
Circuit’s decision should be reversed.
