Spiritual And Cultural Park

AIM:
Aim is to make use of most of the vast coastline to develop waterfront tourist
destinations by combining spirituality, culture, technology and
entertainment in a bid to tap into the popularity of the state as a spiritual
destination.

OOBJECTIVES:
spiritual park will be based on Tamil culture and heritage

There will also be large event space that can accommodate some 30,000
to 40,000 people as such space is not available in the city

To set up glow parks, themed sculptures, souvenir shops, open air theatres,
cultural haat, event space, food court.

SCOPE:
The Scope of the Project is to create a huge green space on ECR for people
to spend time walking, taking part in watersports, attending events and
weekend destinations by combining spirituality, culture, technology and
entertainment

What is OCEANARIUM?
An Oceanarium can be a marine mammal park as well as large scale
aquarium presenting an ocean habitat with marine life. An aquarium
simulates a water habitat; for instance a river lake or sea; but only the
submerged area of these natural habitats. "Establishments where collection
of living aquatic animals and plants are exhibited or studied."

AIM:
Aim is to covers the following three zones of facilities: •Entertainment
facilities, •Educational facilities, •Fun and recreational facilities, •Research
facilities.

SCOPE:
India is surrounded by sea on 3 side and has a large coastline on the
southern side in the Arabian sea.

Rich in marine life countless marine species. Marine life is one of the most.
important resource of the country and there is an increasing demand for
the development and conservation of our marine wealth. There is no state
of art facility available in the country for the appropriate scientific research
and awareness. Help develop tourism.

BEACH RESORT
A Beach Resort is a full service holiday lodging facility, located at the
seaside, with access to a private beach. The beach being the primary
focus for tourists. A Beach Resort offers a wide range of services and
amenities and typically includes entertainment and recreational activities.

SCOPE:
Resort will intended to be organized Vacations, Destination weddings,
Meeting and stimulate Tourism Industry. The will be an integrated "DELUXE
FIVE START RESORT" Complex with host of Mutual Beneficial Facilities
