ANALYZE

Did you learn from your observation of the teacher? Now let us analyze the information that you have
gathered.

Answer the following questions.

1. In Activity 1, what do you consider as the 3 most outstanding significant personal qualities of the
teacher you chose as your case? Why do you consider these as outstanding?

a. I am in good health and not ill. I can therefore teach the lessons effectively and without interruption,
and I can go to school every day to pick up new skills and impart my own.
b. I'm determined to teach my students what I've learned from my previous instructors.
c. And I work with my colleagues to improve the lessons and the students' progress.

2. Which of these qualities do you have? Do you think you can fit as a good teacher someday? ______
Why? Describe yourself.
I am being judged for the quality I possess. I can tell myself that I'm determined to learn new things,
especially when they're unfamiliar to me. Additionally, if one of my students didn't understand what I
was trying to teach them today or the day after, I would make sure that they did the following day.

REFLECT

Good teachers are role models, whether in school, at home or in the community. From the
teachers that you had from elementary to college, did the personal qualities that they possess, help you
learn better as a student?
Yes, my unique traits aid in my ability to learn as a student. Their traits, such as their willingness
to take on the role of teacher and aid us in learning and developing our skills, inspire me to work harder
so that I can repay the effort.

Identify one personal characteristic of your model teacher that has made a great impact in your
life as a learner. Reflect and describe how this quality influenced you.
Being determined is a trait of my role model teacher that has had an impact on my life. Despite
the difficulties with the current educational system, she is willing to change and does not give up easily
for her pupils. It motivates me to have the same tenacity as she does. My teacher does everything she
can to help us, so why shouldn't I do the same thing and return the favors she extends to us? Seeing
how she struggled and overcame her obstacles inspires me. Being a student during this pandemic is
extremely difficult, but our teachers are not the only ones who struggle. Students value it when teachers
are considerate and allow adjustments to take place for this reason.
