ENHANCED
SCHOOL
IMPROVEMENT
PLAN
School Year 2022-2025
MESSAGE
Office of the School Principal

The Enhanced School Improvement Plan (ESIP) is our “road map” in bringing
progress and development of the school for the benefit of our learners.

This is conceptualized and framed in response to and in adherence to RA 9155

also known as the Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001 which states that:

“Consistent with the national educational policies, plans and standards, the
school heads shall have authority, accountability and responsibility for the following:

1. Setting the goals and objectives of the school and stating the mission, vision
and core values of the department;
2. Creating an environment within the school that is conducive to teaching and
learning;
3. Implementing the school curriculum and being accountable for higher
learning outcomes;
4. Developing the school education program and school improvement plan;
5. Offering educational programs, projects and services which provide
equitable opportunities for all learners in the community.

Good school governance entails great responsibility pursuing for greater

possibilities of improvement and development. The formulation of this ESIP caters
the total development and improvement of the school through shared responsibilities
of all the school personnel and the community it serves.

This ESIP will serve as our guide in managing the school taking into
consideration the different goals and objectives in every area of the educational
system. This is also a good source of information for the stakeholders, on which area,
goal and objective they can extend assistance to the school in general.

Using this document, we may make representations and create linkages to

would-be benefactors and other persons who would be extending assistance in
realizing the goals and objectives stated herein.
