AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY
We, JOSE GIORGIO G. BORRES, of legal of age, married, Filipino and resident of
Puerto Real Drive, Puerto Real Subdivision, Brgy. Tabuk Suba, Lapaz, Iloilo City, and MA.
PATRICIA BORRES GARCIA of legal age, married, and a resident of Delgado St., Brgy.
Mabolo, Iloilo City after having been sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say that:

1. We both personally know the person of JOSE MARIA M. BORRES being his son and
sister, accordingly;

2. As such, we know the circumstances around him;

3. That JOSE MARIA M. BORRES, JOSE MARIE M. BORRES, JOMARIE M.


BORRES and JOSE MARIE M. BORRES are one and the same person;

4. Of our personal knowledge, he is using the first name JOSE MARIE M. BORRES,
JOMARIE M. BORRES and JOSE MARI M. BORRES in his personal, business and
government transactions;

5. We are executing this affidavit in order to establish the fact that JOSE MARIA M.
BORRES, JOSE MARIE M. BORRES, JOMARIE M. BORRES and JOSE MARIE
M. BORRES are one and the same person in all intent purpose/s that this may serve best.
