The document describes bellows valves with pressure compensation for controlling low pressure gas and liquid flows up to approximately 1000 ln/min. The valves use a bellows to compensate for closing spring force so that large orifices can be opened using only a small magnetic force, enabling smooth control of large flows at extremely low pressures.

Control Valves for Low Pressure Drop Applications
These are direct acting control valves simular to the F-001 series. They are also closed by spring force. A bellows compensates the closing force acting on the plunger to such a degree that only a very small magnetic force is required and in this way large ori ces can be opened, which is impossible in the F-001 design as it would cause oscillation. The bellows pressure compensated design, however, enables us to smoothly control large ows at extremely low pressures. Technical speci cations
