Major Correction

1. Plan
i. Show dimension in Plan!!!
ii. Building area written is inaccurate. Please Calculate the area of each floor
properly.
iii. Drawing is done is same layers. Please use separate layer for separate elements
wall, column, windows.
iv. Use the same dimension style as used in Devraj Sir’s Drawing. Every dimension
is associated with a certain drawing scale. If dimension style is not used properly,
the text and other dimension features will not be readable in the printed drawing.
In case of confusion, use same dimension style as used in sample drawing.
v. In each floor drawing, contains unnecessary items, such as access roads along
both sides, please remove these.
vi. Site layout plan is missing, Center line of road, distance from setback line to
center line. Please refer details of sample drawing.
vii. All lines are continuous lines. Do not use same line-type for all drawing.
viii. Add the drawing in Layout, Check the scales of the drawing, somewhere the
scales written are 1” =8’-0”. Please write 1/8” = 1’-0” even though they have the
same meaning.
ix. Show staircase in fourth floor plan not in roof plan.
x. Duct Void not shown. Please cross the portion where there is void.
2. Elevation:
i. Lineweight of all lines as same. Too thick
ii. Text not visible while printing please follow the same text style as given in
sample dwg.
iii. Projected beyond 2-2 at West side missing in elevation.
iv. Redraw Plan or elevation, Plan doesn’t match elevation
v. Why is there no window on east side?
3. Section
i. Section B-B shows staircase slab there should not be slab directly above stairs.

1. The maximum permissible height is 17m which comes around 55’9” from ground level.
So adjust the height of building accordingly. Make each floor 9’4” in Municipal
Drawing.
2. The building lies in setback from South side, 2m from south road side should be left.
3. All the balcony on the building lies within setback.
4. Site layout plan is missing, which should show the building.
5. Door window designation is missing.
6. Details are missing in building section; section should show which room the section
passes through.
7. If the section cut is made through beam, the beam should denote some kind of hatch
similar for wall and other. See Devraj sir’s Nagarpalika drawing for details.
8. Building Level Start at Plinth Level, so plinth level is always 0’-0”. Please make changes
accordingly.
