DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Fire Alarm System
 Before Testing Fire Alarm Simulation Test Inform to the Facilities Team. To avoid panic situation
inside the mall area
 Visually inspect the Fire Alarm All Devices.
 Conduct the fire alarm test with authorized / approved person.
 Using proper smoke / heat kit for testing the fire alarm devices.
 Pull the manual call point to check the alarm system.
 Conform the interfacing third party connection from the fire alarm system.
 Testing the Existing third-party connection with fire alarm system
 After completion of testing clean properly testing devices to avoid false alarm system.
 Make a report for the fire alarm testing and get the signature form the authorized person from the
facilities management

Emergency lighting Central battery System


 Before Simulation Testing the Emergency, Central battery System Inform to the Facilities Team.
 Visually inspect the Emergency & Exit Central Battery All Devices.
 Using the proper tools Check the power supply Properly Voltages / Amperes from The Central
Battery Systems
 Testing the emergency & exit central battery system using the proper tools with authorized /
certified person can performed the Emergency & exit lighting testing
 After completion of testing make a report and get signature from the Authorized person from the

Fire Fighting Pumps

 Electrical fire fighting pump


 Check the water tank for the sufficient water
 Set the electrical pump in auto mode in the control panel
 Make sure that both the gate valves of suction line and discharge line always open position, check
the pressure gauge maximum
 Open the drain valve / hose reel when the pressure gauge reading decrease (6 to 5 bar) the electrical
pump starts automatically
 Stop the using fire hose reel, the pressure gauge reading will increase and reach the maximum level
and then electrical pump will automatically stop
Fire Fighting Diesel pump
 Check the water tank for the sufficient water
 Check the battery and Diesel tank and water coolant inside the radiator
 Set the Diesel pump in auto mode in the control panel
 Make sure that both the gate valves of suction line and discharge line always open position, check
the pressure gauge maximum
 Open the drain valve / hose reel when the pressure gauge reading decrease (6 to 5 bar) the electrical
pump starts automatically
 Stop the using fire hose reel, the pressure gauge reading will increase and reach the maximum level
and then Diesel pump will automatically stop
