Formative Assessments = Quizzes, Assignments, Seat Works, etc CO1 = (M1 + M2 + M3 + M4 + M5 + M6)/6
Summative Assessment= Periodic Exam (at least 5 questions per module) CO2= (M7 + M8 + M9 + M10 + M11 + M12 + M13 + M14)/8
Modular Grade (M) = 30%(Formative Assessments) + 70%(Summative Assessment) FINAL GRADE = (CO1 + CO2)/ 2
Cut Off Score = 60% of raw score FINAL GRADE 75
Use the University-approved transmutation table to convert Final Grade to Point
Note: Learners are evaluated per module or topic. M 75
Grade.
