INTRODUCTION

The section of the business plan presents the description of the business, its location, and
total funding requirements and the possible funding source.

Description of the Business


The word ‘BiteBudz’ comes from the intention and desires of the management to open
and offer a food stall that is budget friendly. The management possesses a desire to help satisfy
cravings, and can be serve as a ‘pasalubong’ to our love ones that are affordable and delicious.
Thus , the company is called ‘BiteBudz’ when these two words are combined it shows a pleasing
attitudes with the sincerity of offering a food Buddies that is budget friendly to the customer
while marketing their snack and also offer services.

Location of the Business


People tend to travel a lot, it may be for their work, studies, important matters, or to just
travel to their desired destination. Part of being a Filipino, they are used to buying souvenirs and
other stuff, they used to buy some ‘pasalubong’ whenever they go to places that are new to them.
According to Spoon University going to another places and trying new flavors means you get to
come home with so many things to try. The BiteBudz Company is established at Surigao Bus
and Jeepney Terminal, AH26, Surigao City, Surigao del Norte, in which it is a perfect location
for the company to reach the target costumers which are the travelers and other prospective
customers whether online or walk in customers.

Funding Requirements and Source of Funds


The company source of found would be the owners personal savings. Since the product
requires a small amount of fund, the proposed budget for the start-up would be Php.100,000.00
in which the company decided to divide the contribution to equal sharing in which it is divided
into 11 person since the business are owned by 11 personnel in which they will give their equal
shares to build and start operating the business. The budget will be used in purchasing
equipment, materials needed, ingredients for the product, employees daily pay and other
necessary things that are needed in business operation, and also the other necessity.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This section presents the VMGO, the business model, the business and production
positions, wealth improvement approaches, and the parties supporting the study.

Vision
The ‘BiteBudz’ company aims to be the leading manufacturer of snack, also include the
services in terms of delivering orders and serving walk in customers. Within the next 5 years the
company aim to have an increasing revenue to Php 250,000.00 by 2027 and providing one of the
affordable snack and ‘pasalubong’.

Mission
For the customer:
 Provides a low-cost snacks and services.
 Engage in convenient marketing when purchasing the product.
 Provides high quality at cheaper price.
For the employees:
 Provide employees with training to help them enhance their business skills.
 Encourages and give productive and helpful feedback.
 Provides an excellent experience as a team/business partners.
For the business:
 Day by day, the product’s sales increase by 10%.
 Increases profit and revenue output by increasing sales in order to attract potential
investors.
 To achieve long-term growth for the company by reducing dividend payments
and increasing profit margins.

For the customers:
 To give them satisfaction for them to be our loyal customers.
 Increases the sustainability of their purchases.

 To give them experiences at the same time training.

and other local districts.

 Creates and serves a high-quality products that meets the needs of the target and

 Works efficiently with expectations in order for BiteBudz employees to be more
competitive.
 To save time, delegate work and tasks to all employees.
 Employees are trained on how to deliver product to customers in order to provide
excellent customer service.

 Increases weekly sales and profit by 20% and offers promotions to achieve
customer satisfaction.
 To be able to make the appropriate profit.
 Attracts more buyers with the help of social platforms.

Business Model
The “BiteBudz” intends to generate income and profit through three (3) types of business
models: click-and-brick, brick-and-mortar, and direct sales. Click-and-Brick business model is
where the businesses take orders online and deliver the products to nearby customers. It allows
the business access to customer’s information such as emails ad buying behavior that the
business can use direct offers. Brick-and-Mortar refers to the traditional street-side business
where they sell products to the customers face-to-face in a physical store but they also create
value by driving online sales, while Direct Sales is where the business employees sell their
products directly to the customers. By posting it online in order to encourage the target market
and read the potential market to buy the product, accepting the orders, provides free delivery in
the nearby place for the convenient of the customers that the other companies do not have. This

Method which called Click-and-Mortar will help make the business profitable. Through, Brick-
and-Mortar, people will have the chance to choose what products they wanted to buy personally.

Business and Product Position


The company anticipates customer loyalty and patronization since it is an existing, affordable
product made from quality ingredients. BiteBudz will be known as a good snack company
around the vicinity area. This product will be benefited to those customer’s whom loved to buy
some “pasalubong” to their love ones.

Wealth Improvement Approaches


This section of the executive summary describes the methodology or approaches that will
be taken by the business in order to:
 Maintain a competitive advantage
 The product contains mostly nutritious ingredients, which is beneficial to
consumers and those on a diet who wants to eat something sweet.
 The Muffle Nuts is unique since it is originated from Surigao del Norte.
 Muffle Nuts have a balance sweetness and has a delicate taste that everyone
would love to try. Unlike the other delicacies, it offers good quality of product but
only for a cheaper price that will satisfy the customers taste and budget.

Parties Supporting the Business


Consumer support the business by purchasing the product of ‘BiteBudz’ company in
which it gives the business a driving force to do more and give complacent service to make the
consumer satisfied. The business product will be available to everyone from children 6 years old
onwards. Business appropriate to those costumer who have diabetes, because this product has a
balanced sweetness.
Creditors support the business by seeking the owner of the business whether the owner
needs a sustainable production and if the owner understands the flow of the business. With the
support of creditors to the business, business will continue to prosper.
Suppliers support the business by providing the needs of the business such as the
ingredients needed for the product, kitchen utensils, and other important things that are needed
and also for ramping up production.
