The section of the business plan presents the description of the business, its location, and
total funding requirements and the possible funding source.
This section presents the VMGO, the business model, the business and production
positions, wealth improvement approaches, and the parties supporting the study.
Vision
The ‘BiteBudz’ company aims to be the leading manufacturer of snack, also include the
services in terms of delivering orders and serving walk in customers. Within the next 5 years the
company aim to have an increasing revenue to Php 250,000.00 by 2027 and providing one of the
affordable snack and ‘pasalubong’.

Business Model
The “BiteBudz” intends to generate income and profit through three (3) types of business
models: click-and-brick, brick-and-mortar, and direct sales. Click-and-Brick business model is
where the businesses take orders online and deliver the products to nearby customers. It allows
the business access to customer’s information such as emails ad buying behavior that the
business can use direct offers. Brick-and-Mortar refers to the traditional street-side business
where they sell products to the customers face-to-face in a physical store but they also create
value by driving online sales, while Direct Sales is where the business employees sell their
products directly to the customers. By posting it online in order to encourage the target market
and read the potential market to buy the product, accepting the orders, provides free delivery in
the nearby place for the convenient of the customers that the other companies do not have. This
Method which called Click-and-Mortar will help make the business profitable. Through, Brick-
and-Mortar, people will have the chance to choose what products they wanted to buy personally.
