1. To sign or execute a Lease Contract with prospective tenants for the aforementioned unit at the aforementioned location;
2. To duly represent me in all documentary requirements for the said lease of the unit;
3. To duly represent me in all necessary meetings with the prospective tenant or current tenant of the said unit;
4. To duly represent me in coordination with SMDC Leasing and PM-Admin of ________ particular to the aforementioned unit;
5. To accept security deposit and initial rental payment of tenant upon signing of lease contract.
