RESPONSIBILITY REPORT
RISHABH AGARWAL

Executive Summary

I recently had the opportunity to volunteer with a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO)

that focuses on helping poor students in India. I was able to observe and participate in various
activities that the organization had organized.

For the first few days, I helped the organization in Teaching poor students, food distribution,
fund Raising, and doing survey. The purpose of the survey was to understand the problems
faced by these students and their families. Through the survey, I was able to identify the
major issues such as lack of resources and lack of support from the government.

After the survey, I was involved in food distribution. This was done to provide immediate
relief to the families of the students who were in need. I was also involved in raising funds
for the NGO. This was done by organizing events in different parts of the city. Through these
events, we were able to raise awareness about the NGO’s mission and also raise funds for our
cause.

Throughout my experience, I was able to gain a better understanding of the problems that
these students face and how the NGO is working to help them. I was also able to understand
the importance of fundraising and how it can help the organization to achieve its goals.

Overall, working with the NGO was an amazing experience and I am grateful for the
opportunity. It was an eye-opening experience for me and I learned a lot about the importance
of helping those who are less fortunate.

VISHALAKSHI FOUNDATION resides in millions of hearts as a hope for healthy meals

Food is an indispensable part of our lives and slum people are surviving on unhygienic food,
which needs a great change.
On March 20th,2019 VISHALAKSHI FOUNDATION launched its first special drive -
Project Hunger 1.0 in Lucknow. We keep in mind that nobody sleeps with an empty stomach.
Till now, we have distributed more than 400000 packages of food. To cope up with the
Covid-19 crisis, we started a scheme of a monthly ration to help them in these tough times.
With a motto of "Zero Hunger", we initiated "Project Hunger" in different cities like Delhi,
Gurgaon, Noida, Lucknow, Banda, Amroha, Fatehpur, Ranchi.
When intentions are good, the results are even better and so are our efforts that were featured
in many newspapers and broadcasted over several media channels and their social networking
handles. Currently we are serving 500 meals daily in Gurugram.

300+ budding talents and even amidst the Covid 19 situation, the schools are functional,
following all the norms of social distancing.
