Difficulties in Entrepreneurial start-up of Asif
People often think an entrepreneur has the world on a string as he appears to glide effortlessly
from appointment to event, building his business with every handshake and counting his
profits late into the evening. The truth, however, is usually much less glamorous. Most
entrepreneurs have not reached the level of success that allows them to negotiate with the
upper brass. The small-business manager instead works with his own particular set of
challenges. As Asif started his business of automation of households in Lahore. As he
approached me about insights as far as challenges as concerned. The 3 challenges that
according to me can help Asif in the market to successfully run his entrepreneurial venture.
Self-Management
Becoming an entrepreneur requires you to be able to self-manage. There is no manager or
superior spurring you on each day to complete your work. Asif has to set his own schedule,
make all the decisions and work all the long hours necessary to keep the dream of business
ownership alive. Being an entrepreneur Asif needs to maintain a professional attitude at all
times so that he is regarded as a serious businessperson rather than someone daydreaming
about starting his own company of automating the households.
Risks
The risks of entrepreneurship are many. He might often gamble with his livelihood, other
people's money, his employees' job security and his reputation in the business niche that he
chose. Risks often transform into worries for the businessperson who then has the extra
challenge of rising above these stresses. So, taking the step chances in this world of
innovation can make him successful.
Contacts
An extremely taxing aspect of being an entrepreneur is the long hours spent every day in
making contacts with others in the business world. Asif must constantly push to make
valuable connections with successful businesspeople. But making appointments, attending
seminars and conferences, getting referrals and making contacts on the phone with various
individuals is time-consuming and can wear on those entrepreneurs who feel as though they
are constantly "performing" in their push to get ahead.
So, if he can able to eliminate these three difficulties in his start-up then he can become
successful.
