PROJECT DIRECTOR ERP (SAP)


The ideal candidate should
• be well-versed in IT dynamics and have excellent working knowledge and experience in
implementation of advanced hardware / software business solutions and networking.
• have sound hands on experience in SAP ERP (Tier-1) successful implementations in reputed large
corporate organizations, preferably in the public sector of Pakistan.
• be proficient in preparation of SAP Project Charters, Terms of Reference and Business Blue Prints to
frame GAP analysis for business processes in legacy systems and formulation of successful Go-Live
strategies.
• have the ability to ensure that the Organization’s business processes and its SAP ERP
implementation strategy are in compliance with the best global practices.
• possess outstanding interpersonal, coordination, negotiation and persuasive skills in order to liaise
and maintain cordial working relations with international SAP authorized partners, negotiate with
them effectively and coordinate with all stake holders.
• have worked as Team Lead on ERP projects and be able to demonstrate strong leadership, effective
team management, motivational, presentation and technical English writing skills.
• be capable of conflict and change management and have an innovative and visionary approach
towards the deployment of SAP ERP in the Organization.
• be able to ensure that all ERP Project goals are accomplished according to specification and
business objectives within scheduled time.
• be able to spearhead the integration of existing HRIS System, Financial Controlling, Procurement/
Inventory Management and Project Management etc. into an integrated IT infrastructure.
• be able to organize and lead a cross-functional teams in developing and implementing project
deliverables with best utilization of resources.
Qualification, Experience, and Age
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering
/ Information Technology / Business Administration or any other relevant discipline from HEC
recognized Local or foreign university/institution with ERP (SAP) Certification.
• At least 15 year experience of ERP Implementation including minimum 05 years of SAP
(Tier-1) hands on experience with at least 02 successful SAP (Tier-1) implementations as
Project Director in reputed large organizations, preferably in the public sector of Pakistan.
• Certification in PMP will be a competitive advantage.
• Experience in ERP life cycle management will be of advantageous.
• The candidate up to 50 years of age on the closing date of this advertisement is eligible to apply.
