Commissioning and then for Operations and Maintenance as part of the Asset Integrity Improvement Process. This model shall be used 2 the single source of dala for extracting information such as General Arrangement Drawings (GAD), Material Take Offs, As-Bul information, model reviews etc. during the ralaive Engineering phases and Operations & Maintenance ole: 1.1 Purpose ‘The purpose of this document is to define the POMS slandard Administrative and Design workllows associated with the execution of Projects in a 3D centric environment in line with the Engineering and Operations Information Management requirements forall phases ofthe faclty design. This dacurnent also ‘emphasises the rolo of handover of required data in relation with PR-1666 “Engineering & Operations’ Document, Drawing and Data Control Requirements" 1.2 Scope This document covers the standard POMS system, ils Administration and Modaling, Workflows, Material ‘Take off and interface requirements with different standard applications like Aveva Net Portal and Intoligent PAID. ‘This document defines the extent of Modeling to be carried out by the Engineering Design team during the EMC, ODC, Front End Engineering Design and Detailed Engineering Design phases along wit, deliverable requirements and formats. The model shall be built in sufficient details to enable Company to perform 3D Model Reviews, Constructablity and Oparabiliy review at defined milestane reviews. 1.3. Provedures with their subsequent implementation, However,compliance of the PDMS model with respect to the developed Spectication/ Procedures or Workflows during EMC, ODC, FEED and Detailed Design shall be jointly ensured by AlCand IM Leads, AIC team will create the Project Specific PDMS Project in Global environment after the receipt of the Project Initiation form from IM Lead assigned on the Project. AIC along with IM Lead will discuss the requirement of PBSwith Engineering and Project Management team and then will create and hand over the POMS project to EMC, ODC, FEED or Detailed Design Engineering team for the development of the design. During FEED/ EMC/ ODC/ Detailed Design phase, itis the responsibilty of the Engineering Design ‘System Administrator for PDMS to ensure that the 3D Modal Workflows and Procedures set by AIC,are being followed. Any change in the PDMS setup.as provided by the AIG team, shall be made, in ‘consultation and agreament with the AIC team. At'the end of the Project, lag of all the changes made tithar in the catalogue or spacificatian or in the satup shall be provided to AIC. ‘AIC will receive the Completed PDMS model after completion of EMC, ODC, FEED or Detailed Design phase through the IM Leads and will archive and maintain the same. Itis the responsibilty of all Design personnel to follow this specification as a QA/QG requirement. PDMS Administration for HUB (XXXX) ‘The Engineering Design System Administrator for PDMS shall be responsible for but not limited to the following activities © Preparation and maintenance of 3D Model Workilows and Specification! procedures for PDMS. * Coordination with IT department to set up PDMS Software end related Applications for Master POMS Setup, ‘+ Setup a master POMS project with standard specification, rules set for 30 Modelling and subsequent extraction of deliverable in consultation with Engineering Departments. Shall interact with the Project Management and Engineering team and create the POMS project by using the Master PDMS project after receipt of Project Initiation form with relevant databases. The POMS Project setup shall be based on the Plant Breakdown Structure with modal areas in line with Plant Broakdown Structure as dofinad under section 13, + Solup new UDA (user dafinad attributes) required for any projact specific requirements, © Imparts training to Designers and PDMS Administrators at FEED officoon new developments, procedures otc. © Ensure that tho database transfor across applicablo locations via PDMS Global is functional ‘© Shall perform scheduled audit at the satelite location to ensure Compliance of the model with respect to issued Specification! Procedures, * Review capabilily of Engineering Contracio’s PDMS Administrator to carry out work during ~enginesring execution. * Shall change the password of the MUEX id given to the Contractor every month. Shall create and maintain the Standard PDMS Project PDMS Administration for Satellite © Coordinate all enhancements and operational problems associaled with PDMS and log any unresolved issues to a fle and update it to the HUB Administrator. * The capability of the PDMS Administrator provided by tha Engineering Contractor shall be acceptable to XXXX. © Shall create the Model Roviow fle on a dally basis to onable Engineering and Project Managomont team to have a detailed Model Review. He shall then inform the PDMS Administrator for HUB ‘about the change made. ‘Maintains log of changes made during the execution of the project in the catalogue and specitication ‘and submits the same to the POMS Administrator at HUB. Configure clash manager and shall perform clash chack on the model at regular interval along with the formal clash check bafore the milestone model review. He shall also maintain the history of Clashes and shall damonstrate the clash approval methodologies during the Audit as defined undar section 10.3. ‘Shall maintain tho health of the PDMS Modol by performing different types of consistency checking 4s dofined in section 10 and its sub sections, ‘Shall be responsible for the locking and unlocking of the PDMS model Shall ensure that the model close out has been done by incorporating all the change notices and shall be responsible for the As-building of the model. ‘Assurance of content of model defined under section 3.0 and its sub sections during different Engineering Design phases. Paue 12 3DIMENSION PDMS Specification Printed 10102720834 3444 BDIN\ENSION ENGINEERING Content of PDMS Model ‘The extent of modelling during the FEED and the EMC, ODC, Detailed Design shall be followed as explained below. Content of 3D Model during FEED ‘The Contant of 3D Modal during tho FEED for the difforent Engineering Disciplines shall be as oxplainod bolow. The modelling shall be done in the defined sita/ zone as par the PBS plan, as agroed with the Project Management, Planning and the Engineering Disciplines team representative assigned for that Particular project. For Brownfield projects, in absence of As-Built Laser Scan dala, all existing equipment, piping, structure, ‘lactrical and C&A items, Obstructions in the vicinity of the tio-in! location of the naw equipment platform shall be modollod. Also existing access, roads, crane path, approach gatos, electrical poles, undarground systems, firewater systems etc. shall be modelled pertaining to the relevant area as existing facilty based ‘on the As-Buil data, Equipment Model ‘Al items modelled under the Equipment Model shall be modelled with Tag Number with properly allocated ‘and defined Origin’ Datum point. No item in the model shall be modelled which does not have the Tag Number. Proper positioning of the Origin! Datum Point is necessary for taking out the co-ordinate report. Content of Equipment model for different Engineering Discipline is listed below Mechanical Equipment Mode! During the execution of the FEED, the PDMS model which will be used by Mechanical Piping shall contain, the following * All Equipments shown on the Equipment List with correct Tag Numbers, based on Mechanical Data ‘Sheet of reference drawing from the existing facilty/ previous projects. + All Nozzles modelled and oriented with proper Tag Number. Nozzles shall be properly associated with its Equipment, © Equipment Internals, which are cfitical for piping layout such as Column Tray, Plate Pack atc. as applicable. © Motors connected to Pumps, Compressors and Air Coolers with Tag Number as per PEFS/ applicable documents. «Buffer Vessals/ Volume bottles for Control or On-off valves with Tag Number. + Indicative location and shape for Davit with Support arrangement. This shall bs modelled as an intagral part of parent equipment with identification of drap outs and bundle removal area + Access, Safety and Separation Volumes as outlined in SP-001 + Future equipments in block shapes for the purpose of space reservation. Package items in block shapes. However, reserve volumes for Seal Skid! Lube Oil Skid for Pumps, Compressors and Air Coolers as applicable with Tag Number associated with respective equipment shall be modelled. © Extont of platforms, reserve volumes for ladders, indicative shape for stairs showing specific landing requirementsshall be modelled and maintained in this model, lil the Givil/ Structural discipline dovelops the design. Onco the designed profiles got modellad then after the verification, Piping shall delete their model + Sholtors showing the extant of area covarage shall be modelled and maintained in this modal till Civil” Structural discipline develop their design. Once the designed profile gets modelled, then after the vorification of designed modol, piping shall dolote their modal «Pips Rack, Pipe Track ar Secondary steel for Pipe Supports, Dyke wall, Curb wall, and Bund wall shall be modelled and maintained in this modal till Civil has developed tha design. After the \orfication of the dasignad profilas, Piping shall delete these modelled items. * Reserve volume for Sampling! Analyser cabinet with Tag Number associated with their respective ‘Sampling and Analyser points. Poe 13 3DIMENSION PDMS Specification Printed 101027208BDIN\ENSION ENGINEERING * Indicative envelope for fixed lting arrangement within Shed or attached structure, 3.1.1.2 Electrical Equipment Mode! During FEED, Electrical Equipment Mode! shall consist of + All major Electrical Equipments with Tag Numbers which can impact the layout ofthe plant. © Switchgear, Transformers, NER and Capital banksto be modalled in block shape as par the designed dimension with acoass volume for door opening. + Battery Rack and UPS as boxes * Major Electrical Control Panols with acoass volume for door opening. * Bus Ducts as box to rasarve the space, Major Distribution boards with accoss volumes for door opening. © Electrical Trench 3.1.1.3 _ Instrumentation Equipment Model During FEED, Instrumentation Equipment Madel shall consist of Analyser House/ Enclosure with proper Tag Number and dimension, Major Junetion Boxes which are located near the defined Access! Maintenance Ways to ensure that they do not create any obstruction. + Firo &Gas Instruments! detectors, BGU and F&G Sounders and beacons with tag numbers. Fire Gas Instruments shall be modelled under in zones defined for Fire &Gas Instrumonts only. + Offline instrument shown on PEFS including transmitter, hand control, local indicators, analysers, soundors, air manifolds, ine of sight detectors which can impact tha layout of the plant. + Junction boxesy standard installations shall also have the Standard Installation Drawing number added to them to get the proper MTO. * Conirol& Automation trench to raserve the cabling layout space. + CCTV cameras with volume created to show the coverage of the area. # Instrumentation Trench to resorve the cabling layout spaces. 3.1.1.4 Telecommunication Equipment Model Control and Automation has the scope of modelling of C84 itoms and Tolecommunication Items. Howover, {rom the point of view of madelling and clear spit of work in terms of taking out the deliverables, MTO reports and for the easiness of the model review, two disciplines, C8A and Telacommunication have been ‘created in PDMS, During FEED, Tolacom Equipment Model shall consist of ‘+ Junction boxes with access volume for door opening. Junction boxes shall have the Tag Number and the Standard Installation Drawing Number. * Tolocom devices like Masts, speakers with proper tag. * Telecom Towers. Telecom trench to resorve the cabling layout space. 3.4.2 Piping Model During FEED, Piping Model, in genoral shall contain pipes modelled from 4"and above. No pipe or ‘component shell be modelled using the dummy pipe classes. In case, some situation arises in which particular sizo or component is not availablo in the Standard Pipe Class. then in such caso the Standard Pipe class available shall be modified to add the requited size or component and shall be suffixed with *_D°-These will be teated as derived Piping Classes and the respective Catalogue shall be updated accordingly. Piping model shall contain the following © The Piping Model shall contain tho all 4” and above lines, shown on PEFS/ UEFSwith propor Tag Number and Jacket if applicable. However, on Pipe Raoks, lines up to 2" shall be modelled. + Vessel Trims affecting the Nozzle orientation and acoass shall be modelled. Poue if DIMENSION POMS Specification Printed 101027208BDIN\ENSION ENGINEERING * Pipes modelled shall have all the Valve, Piping Specialties, Control Valves and other insinal online Instrument Items, branches shown on the PEFSIUEFS as per the dimension defined in the PDMS Catalogue, Connections with existing Tie-ins. Connection with Vendor Packages. Purge assembly branch up to the first isolation valve. ‘Chemical Injection assembly branch up to the integral assembly.
