Italian food
The average life expectancy in Italy is 81 years. Italy is famous for its cuisine. The
world's healthiest restaurant, Charlton, is located on Charlton Street in Greenwich.
It was opened in 1979. Around the restaurant has changed a lot in 30 years, but
Charlton still looks fabulous. Any good cuisine starts with garlic and onions, olive
oil and San Marzano tomatoes that make a modern herb sauce. Pasta consists only
of flour and eggs. The restaurant serves linguine spaghetti, cannelloni and ravioli.
They eat a lot of food with vegetables and boiled meat, which they keep away from
the frying process as it will not be healthy. I like to do what I like, I've been doing
it for 32 years and make sure my clients are healthy and happy. The Mediterranean
diet of healthy ingredients is very tasty and you should enjoy these dishes.

southern dumplings, pilaf and east prefers meat dishes and salads.
In the UK, Indian curry is most often chosen - a dish of vegetables or meat that
is mostly eaten with rice, as well as kolkananone and pudding. Sauce is also added
to emphasize the delicate taste of the dish.
If you analyze these two countries, you can say that their dishes are based on
products such as pork, chicken, fish, flour, eggs, as well as the main dishes that
serve potatoes and vegetables. But that's not all. Many Britons and Ukrainians
enjoy fast and delicious food such as pizza, sushi, sandwiches and chips.
So, let's summarize. In our opinion, the UK and Ukraine are completely
different countries with different tastes, but they can be combined by cuisine. It
