    MOTION FOR REDUCTION OF BAIL

    Accused, MARK ANTHONY A., by himself and unto this Honorable


    Court most respectfully avers and states THAT:

    1. The above-named is the accused in the above-captioned cases;

    2. That he posted bail on August 14, 2019 in the amount of


    Php180,000.00 pesos and was ordered released on the said date;

    3. The herein accused and his family’s desire for his immediate
    provisional liberty used their money including the allocated
    amount for their daily needs and allowances of other family
    members;

    4. In view of this, respondent seeks for the reduction of his posted


    bail in the amount of Php180,000.00 pesos to Php90,000.00 pesos
    in order for them to use the money for their daily sustenance and
    needs;

    5. Accused undertakes to appear before the Honorable Court


    whenever required and he has no intention to evade from the
    prosecution of the above-captioned case;

    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully


    prayed of the Honorable Court that this motion be granted allowing the
    reduction of the posted bail from Php180,000.00 to Php90,000.00.
