    1. This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been
    filed for quashing Complaint Case No.16323/2018 filed under Section 138
    of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
    2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, very fairly and without advancing
    any arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty
    to take all such steps as may be available to the Petitioner under law.
    3. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
    4. Since the learned counsel for the Petitioner has chosen not to address
    the arguments on merits, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the
    merits of the case. It is open for the Petitioner to raise all the contentions,
