The firm should have own office and strong presence in Dhaka with well: equipped office, technical and managerial capability, staffing and logisties capability 7._International Principal for Automated Data Collestion: ate must be we‘& Shall Ge a reputed aviation organization (must belong to an aviation/aitines community organisation such as ICAO, CANSO ete.) ‘Shall have at least 5 (Five) years experience in the fleld of Automated Data Collection . ia © Shall have completed such project of same nature’ methods/ technology as prime contractor/sub-contractr, and experience in at least 5 (Five) international airports and they should bein full operation . 4. Shall have its own Intellectual propecty rights forthe software to be used ‘or, propose a third party software for Automated Data Collection and «capability to upgrade/eustomizelmadify it. In ase a Third Party software {is proposed, it must be accompanied by an authorization letter by the ‘concerned third party and its capabilities must be submitted that must comply clauses 15.7.2, 15.7.b and 18.7.0 of this EOL, Intemational Principal for 8 Invotcing: % Shall be a reputed aviation organization (must belong to an ‘aviation/iclines community organisation such as ICAO, CANSO etc). b.
