Jai Hind Junior College is affiliated to the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary &
Higher Secondary Education. The admissions to Standard XI for the Academic Year
2021-2022 have been announced by the Director of Education (Secondary
Education) Pune. The admission process is online and is centralized and is monitored
by the Office of the Deputy Director of Education, Greater Mumbai. Students are
required to fill in the admission form online on the Govt portal, viz

Based on the aggregate marks, the category and the preference of colleges as
selected by the candidates, the allotment of seats for admission are announced by the
online system for open merit. Admissions to Minority Quota are handled by
individual Colleges through their own portals.
Jai Hind College is a Sindhi Minority College. Hence for Admissions to Jai Hind
College under the Sindhi Minority Quota, besides filling up the admission form on
the Govt Portal, students will have to fill in the Jai Hind College Online Admission
Form (with form charges of Rs.50/-) on the College Portal viz

PAYMENTS OF FEES
Parents and students to kindly note that fees will have to be paid only through
online process by Net banking, Debit Card and Credit Card. There will be no
bank charges for making online payments of College Fees.
Please refer to the fee Structure as per Annexure III attached herewith.
Please upload a recent colour passport size photograph with a plain
background for generating your ID card which will be given to students when
college reopens on return of normalcy.
Step 2: Register/Login with a valid email id and submit your online application form
by making a successful payment of Rs 50/- as form filling fees. You shall get an
application number here.
Step 3: The JHC ADMISSIONS CELL will go through your submitted form and
after successful verification shall enable the online payment option for you to pay
the requisite college fees. You will get an alert (via mail /sms) informing the
activation of college fee payment option.
Step 4: Once you get the alert, you will now have to login to your admissions
account with the same email id and password with which you submitted your online
application form.
Step 5: After logging in, go to the ‘College Fee’ section in which you will see the
total fee amount that needs to be paid online. You are required to pay the same within
a stipulated time frame.
Step 6: Click ‘Pay Now’ and proceed towards payment of college fees. Upon
successful payment, you will be able to print the acknowledgment/invoice.
(These documents will have to be submitted to college when normalcy returns (instructions
for the same will be given in advance) & until then these admissions will be provisional)
2) For subjects offered at JHC, kindly refer to the subject tables in Annexure II. Optional
subjects are offered strictly on the basis of merit and availability of seats.
3)Schedule for Annual Fees for Academic year 2021-22 is given in Annexure III.
4)Science: Admission to Bifocal subject namely: Electronics and Computer Science will
be on merit, at college level to those students who wish to take them
5) All the instructions of the Information Booklet of Education Dept. should be read &
followed by all.
6) All the fields in all the forms must be filled completely and correctly. Any wrong or
incomplete information may lead to denial/cancellation of admission
7) Students must click on ‘Proceed for admission’ when they have decided on taking
admission at JHC.
8)For the security of your admission & payment of fees, it is advised not to share your
personalized Log in ID and Password with anyone.
9)No admission shall be considered complete until the fees are paid through the payment
gateway that would open on your screen.
10) Cancellation of admission strictly as per the guidelines issued by the Education
Department.) Entire process of admission is online & explained herewith.
11)The entire admission process is online & will be handled very smoothly by JHC Admission
Team by providing required guidance to Parents & Students. Parents & Students are therefore
requested to please not visit the college premises.
Note: Students who are seeking admission to FYJC Science and intend to take
admission in diploma course must inform the college on getting admission for
diploma and must get their admission at the college canceled.

followed without visiting Jai Hind College to submit physical documents in original & Xerox
copies; which are compulsorily required for completion of the admission.
We understand that therefore this admission is PROVISIONAL till the time all required
documents in original with required copies are physically submitted to Jai Hind College.
We hereby undertake to keep the same ready & submit them to the college immediately;
without fail & any further delay within the stipulated time; as & when the college asks for the
same when normalcy returns.

consequences of non-submission.
