    1. Payment Terms:
    70% Advance, 25% on Delivery, 5% on project completion
    2. Withholding tax and General Sales Tax
    This offer is exclusive of all taxes including GST/PST and withholding tax.
    3. Delivery Time
    FAZAL ENGINEERING will ensure that the items are supplied within 2 Weeks.
    4. Validity of quotation
    This is open for acceptance within 5 days after the quotation is received.
    In case extension of validity is required beyond this date, please contact us before the end of
    validity period.
    Beyond this date, the supplier is entitled to review/modify/cancel the prices and/or conditions of this
    offer
    5. Net Metering & Earthing
    FAZAL ENGINEERING will complete their net metering paper work within one week after the
    completion of the project but issuance of NEPRA license’s time depends upon their schedule.
    Out of Scope
     Any Civil Work
     Any AC Cable beyond 10 ft. AC Cable will be charged as
    per actual cable consumed
     NEPRA Net Metering and Meter demand notice Fees.
