MODULE 3: Activity 1

1. WRITE
Nonverbal communication, active and proper listening, and the
practice of effective customer service skills are examples of
ideas:
 Eye-contact: Maintaining eye contact while talking is
essential. It demonstrates that a person is engaged and
interested in speaking or listening.
 Hand Postures: Any type of communication benefits from hand
movement.
 Avoid Distractions: Only the conversation should be given
one's undivided attention. Distractions such as a phone,
laptop, or outside noise should be avoided at all costs.
 Notice Incongruent Behaviors: People frequently attempt to
repress their feelings. Person who considered him/her to be
pleased may have facial expressions that are diametrically
opposed. Do not overlook these minor nuances.
 Active Listening: At beginning, every good speaker is a good
listener. As a result, don't irritate someone else by
interrupting their talk. Always show that you care about what
they have to say.

2. READ
A. Role models are people who have a good impact on our lives;
being a role model is a fundamental trait of a leader.
Followers desire to be led by someone who can be held up as
an example in practically everything they do. By their
lifestyle, conduct, and deeds, good leaders set the tone
for their followers.
Followers will become lifelong fans of a leader who serves as
a mirror in which they may view themselves and make changes
in order to live a more deserving and better life. If someone
actually wants to succeed as a leader, they must pay special
attention to the requirements of their followers.
B. As far as I recall, the person I admired was a social
worker who visited our barrio on a regular basis. She is
always the leader of the group, inspiring others to join
them. Not only that, but it also motivates me to become a
future role model. Being the most efficient can help me
inspire others. One of her attributes that I admired was
how well she handled children; she has a lot of patience
and a warm and generous heart
C. Leaders are able to build a company vision and bring the
entire organization together around it. Entrepreneurs can
build new ways of thinking to prevent past mistakes by
being open to learning new things as part of their
leadership. Giving learners leadership skills allows them
to achieve their objectives. It gives them the courage to
act, regardless of whether or not they are certain that
their efforts will be successful. Leaders motivate people
to follow their ambitions. Leaders are the ones that make
sure that initiatives aimed at enhancing the community are
successful. Leaders persuade others to get involved in
vital issues by doing so themselves. Leadership is
something you use in your daily life, even if you aren't
aware of it. To-do lists, preparing children for school,
tutoring others, and taking steps to care for the
environment are just a few examples.

READ
LOOK: Everyone will rejoice if they win an event or whatever,
and that is how I will feel if we win as a group. If we were to
lose, we would undoubtedly have a normal sense of sadness.
Finally, if my team is named champion, I will be ecstatic because
all of our efforts have paid off.
HAVE: Yes, but we didn't win. I believe that the ideal method
for winning games with your teams is cooperation, acceptance of
both possibilities and perspectives, and listening to each
other's suggestions.
WHAT: we employed a brilliant approach, and we were also quite
active, which helped my team and me win the game.
