Dear Colleagues,

ComX:

From May 2022, the ComX will be delivered with the HW-version 2.0.5 and a new QSPI Image.
In order to be able to make a firmware update to this version, the following must be observed:

 USB 2.0, this must be specially formatted, see attached instruction


 Operating system ComX, ≥ 2.0.1.8
 Software version, ≥ 9.72

HMI-PC:

Sporadically stripes and black display on the R9 Teachbox because of EMC problems.

To avoid this, the HMI-PC has been delivered with EMC adhesive stripes since May 2022.

The final solution should be available from July 2022.

We would like recommend to uninstall the older versions of Conf-tool.

ATTENTION:
With software version 9.21 must be adjusted in the configuration table always the Robot-Line to
R9. Therefore is absolute necessary to use the Conf-Tool greater or equal 8.9.16.0.

It is essential to uninstall older versions of Conf-tool.

ATTENTION:
One with version 8.9.28 generated configuration is not allowed to load with version
8.9.21. Please use only the version 8.9.28.

latest Auto.sig: V2.0.1

One with version 8.9.28 generated configuration is not allowed to load with version
8.9.21. Please use only the version 8.9.28.
