1 Why do you want to work in this industry ? Because from what I see, this company
has a good reputation and career
patch, for that I am sure to start my
career here.
2 Tell us about yourself Introduce me Shipa Noviani, I
graduated from S2 in 2022, I am
majoring in economics, STIE Sukabumi
faculty. Some of the activities that I
liked in college, among others, joined
the organization as a treasurer position
who is responsible for the
organization's finances. I am interested
in having a career in your company for
an accounting staff position, because I
have work experience as an accounting
assistant and I have a passion in that
field which will help me to contribute
and grow in this company.
3 What motivates you ? I would like to contribute, as my
experience and education are relevant
for this position. Your company is one
of the best in its field, this motivates
me to have a career in this industry.
4 How would you friends describe you ? My colleagues describe me as
organized, hardworking and able to
work well under pressure. One of my
proudest moments was that I was
appointed to be the treasurer of every
major event in college, for the reason
that my friends believed I could carry
out my duties well. Some of them said
that I can motivate others and they
really appreciate the way I advise
 them.
5 What do you think about your previous boss ? I was on good terms with my previous
boss. He always appreciates the results
and quality of my work. He also never
favors anyone, which makes for a very
good team environment.
6 Why are you leaving your current role ? I have learned a lot in my current role.
However, I am currently looking for
opportunities that can provide more
challenges while I continue to develop
my skills and abilities.
7 Where do you see yourself in five years ? My focus in the next 1-2 years is to
really explore this line of work so that
in the next 2-3 years I can take on
responsibilities.
8 What is your greatest weakness ? I must admit that I am a perfectionist.
I'm such a perfectionist, I will not
submit assignments before mine is
perfect. It makes me a little slow to get
the job done. After realizing that, I've
been trying to make more use of my
time, and trained myself to pay
attention to everything in detail but at
a faster rate.
9 What salary are you looking for ? I believe that my experience and
achievements working in this industry
can make a great contribution to the
company. Based on the results of my
research, I know the average salary
offered by other companies for
positions with the same experience as
me. However, I remain open to various
other conditions. Tailored to my
company budget and jov desc. So that
neither I nor the company can accept
the midpoint.
10 Why should I hire you ? Thanks for the question. From what
I've learned, I assume that this
company is looking for someone who is
able to handle accounting issues in an
actual and effective manner.

I am proud of my financial
management, coordination and
interpersonal skills. In my previous role
as an accounting assistant, I made
plans to reorganize my finances. I am
happy to bring my skills to this role.
11 What is your greater failure, and what did you When I led a sales team in college, I
learn from it ? was overconfident in my abilities. As it
turned out, after I did more research,
 the problem lay not only in strategy,
but at the core of our product.

At that moment, I realized that this

goal was unattainable. Even so, I try to
focus on the things I can still control.

That incident made me not realize the

importance of critical thinking skills,
not blaming the things that are out of
our control, and focusing on the things
that can still be controlled.
12 How do you explain your gap in employment ? I took time off to continue my master's
degree. At that time I was preparing for
graduation for my certified degree.
13 What did you like best about your last job ? What I liked more about my job at that
time was like-minded with co-workers,
I would be more productive with co-
workers who were in tune with me.
This gives rise to many ideas and
thoughts that are out of the box.
